The food was good, and the live music was great. The place was packed and the way the dining room is laid off we had the wait line for the buffet right next to our tabl which wasn't great. Overall it was a fun experience.
My experience with this dinner cruise was pretty good with no complaints. The food was very tasty and plentiful. The crew and staff were very polite and friendly. I highly recommend it.
The crew was super friendly and helpful, they offered to carry an elderly lady on to the boat and carry her walker. Didn’t even blink an eye! Good job guys! Very professional and kind. The food was awesome and the trip was just long enough. Had a great time! The singer was amazing and performed entire trip. August 2, 5:30 trip. No complaints at all!
Food was excellent and the cruise down the river was beautiful!! Music was excellent too. Wait staff did an amazing job! Exceeded our expectations!!
Great service and good food. Live music was really nice. Beautiful scenery. Onboarding process was smooth with reserved seating to eat dinner. If you are going with a group and want to sit together, I recommend booking one reservation.
Overall, the service was great, food and drinks were good, felt a little crowded in dining room. We specifically liked that the music was not loud, which allowed us to sit, relax and enjoy each others company whether we were inside eating or outside enjoying the scenery.
Great family time. However beware of hidden costs. I did read before booking there is an additional 10$ charge however i missed the fact that charge is for everyone in the party, extra 60$ fir that. Also extra service charges. But , this was a very fun evening. The food at the buffet was great, service was exceptional, and the kids agrs 1,4,6 absolutely loved it. Nashville is a busy place and this was a perfect family evening! Highly recommend just read about all the cost after ticket purchase.
No company signs at all, food was cold and not very flavorful. All we did was go down the river, looking at trees along the shores, turn around and come back

The cruise was relaxing and calm. The city views looked pretty. The singer was amazing. Her voice was very soothing. The only thing I didn’t like was the food, it was very disappointing for a buffet. It was honestly worst than hospital food. I would recommend opting out of the dinner.
