Miguel has been an exceptional guide. Very professional, approachable, and with great knowledge of the Prado Museum. He made the visit very interesting and entertaining. Absolutely recommendable! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Miguel was our guide, he was polite, courteous, so well read and articulate, patient and took enough time to explain everything so well! We enjoyed the experience with him!!
A wonderful tour with many highlights and interesting historical facts. The two stops & walks in between included a lot information about Madrid.
Marta was a great tour guide; very informative and insightful; kept the tour interesting and moving along; entertaining and answered all questions; the problem was in the start time and place; it was moved from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm; it was also unclear whether I was supposed to pick up voucher before going to meeting place; we had to walk from Royal Palace to Prado which was not clearly communicated; everyone paid their own taxi's to the Prado; it was very hot especially for young children and elders
Hi, thank you very much for sharing your feedback with us. We're really sorry to hear you had some inconveniences and we would like to express our most sincere apologies. Please note that in the products terms and conditions it is specified that there is no transport included. Kind regards from Madrid.
This tour was customizable and gave great attention to the most important art pieces in the Prado and their historical and cultural relevance. Our guide Fátima was very sweet and very knowledgeable. The walking tour in between the two museums was a nice break, and Fátima pointed out all the sights, as well as, local spots to grab good bites (and where to avoid!). The Royal palace was beautiful, and she did a great job of giving us an overview of the Kings and Queens and timelines of the monarchs as well as, pointing out significant items of interest in every room of the palace and their importance. Overall it was a lovely, but full day of art and culture and it was really nice having the tour just us two and being able to ask questions.
I loved the information at the Prado museum. It was helpful to learn a lot from our guide’s descriptions of the art. If you already know a lot about art and what’s in the Prado museum, you don’t need this tour, but since we knew very little, it was helpful. The Royal palace was spectacular! An absolute must if you’re in Madrid!!! Angel, our guide gave helpful explanations of the rooms inside and it was great to have him there. He was a little hesitant sometimes with his English, but did a great job guiding us around. If I had one suggestion for the tour company it would be to give the group a few minutes (even 15-20 minutes) to grab a bite to eat. We brought a few small snacks but we were very hungry by the time it was over at 2:30. Overall a very nice way to see two of the most iconic Madrid sites!
Our guide was very knowledgeable and cheerful from our tour on May 10th. We visited the Prado Museum and Royal Palace. It was very convenient having the tickets to both attractions acquired for us and skipped some of the wait because of it. The tour of both met or exceeded our expectations and would recommend going with this company for this set of attractions or others in Madrid.
Eva was an excellent tour guide. She was very knowledgeable about the nobility of Spain and the artist who painted them.
Its is very intense at the Prada especially for art lovers. The guide did an excellent job of explaining and showing highlights. This should be considered an introduction to the Prado and a high level overview, not a detailed visit. Sensory overload is a common result… did not participate in the second part due to the sensory overload. Will return at a later time.
Miguel was absolutely amazing! I can't say enough about him. He is both very knowledgeable and passionate about art and Spain! His passion clearly shows in his character. While one could easily fill months studying the Prado Museum and Royal Palace, Miguel was able to give a LOT of detail in our short 5hr tour with him. It was perfect fo our first time in Madrid. Many thanks Miguel!
