There was a miscommunication between viator and the company, and the early morning tour I booked didn't exist. T-light did get me in later in the day, but it messed up all of my plans for the day. I very much appreciated that I still got to see the Vatican, but the lack of communication was frustrating.
It very bad organization poor service it was difficult and confusing to get the tickets when we bought the tickets online they were very quick to take money from us it was difficult to get tickets so we didn’t get tickets again why they made so difficult just send us the tickets that’s but they didn’t do .👎
Lots of walking so be prepared and where comfortable shoes. Bring water to drink. Cover arms with scarf.
