I only gave it a one star rating because we weren’t able to use the tickets bought online and weeks in advance due to being bumped for some pilgrimage guests. We were given an option to go the next day but that didn’t work as we were departing Rome then. Luckily we found an option to get tickets the same day but for $100 more than paid here which was already $100 more than if booked directly through the Vatican website, which was impossible to complete a purchase. Now I just hope I get the refund promised.
I enjoyed my stay in Italy, our tourist guide Navya was very nice, polite, helpful and very patience with us , I love to come back in the future. Thank you navya
Skip the line tickets was worth it. Our tour guide was a good sport, patient and very knowledgeable. The facility is ginormous requiring a well conditioned body. I did get bored after a while though, as all of the paintings and images seemed to overlap in context and messaging. Other than that, I was very glad to be where history stood thousands of years ago. I say seize the opportunity if it passes by.
Super nice restaurant visits over 4 days is great even if tiring because we did 35 Kms walking while there is metro and bus but we could all visit on our way
