Muscat: Trasferimento privato dall'aeroporto da/per tutti gli hotel di Mascate

I booked a private transfer from Jumeirah Muscat Bay to Muscat Airport. There was no communication from the operator prior to the day of travel, which was already concerning for an airport transfer. The driver was scheduled to arrive at 11:30am but did not show up until 12:45pm. During that time, I had no proactive update and had to reach out to the operator myself. Only then was I told that the originally assigned driver had broken down. While I understand that issues can happen, the lack of communication and the significant delay created unnecessary stress when traveling to the airport. This experience did not meet expectations for a private transfer service.

Driver reached out via WhatsApp prior to our arrival in MCT and was at Arrivals Exit with name sign as agreed. Swift transport from MCT to Grand Hyatt in a clean and accommodating mini van.

I had a couple of questions before we arrived at the airport that well very clearly answered prior to arrival. No concerns or further communication needed, we walked out of arrivals (at 4am in the morning) and our name was one of the first on a board. Our driver was warm and friendly, welcoming to the children and took us straight to the hotel with no delays - he even pointed out some of the tourist spots along the way. Highly recommended and will definitely be using them again.

Great service! First time in Oman and Sweilem made it easy! Even though my flight was delayed an hour, Sweilem was there to meet me at the arrival terminal just after clearing customs. He was holding a sign and a big smile to greet me. He was professional, courteous and informative. He helped me with my luggage and the drive from the airport to my hotel was an enjoyable trip. First time visitor to Oman and a big thank you to my driver, Sweilem. Sweilem met me in the arrivals hall just after Customs with a sign. He took my luggage and walked me out to his car. He was professional, friendly and informative as he drove me to my hotel. He made the entire process easy. Thank you, Sweilem! OH, and one more thing... my flight was delayed more than hour but he was there patiently waiting for me. Good communications with the company before I arrived. Shokran!

The worst service ever they did not even turn they took the money but did not pick us up we waited over 1 hour but they did not show text the operator but got no reply.

Not even 1 star ! I arrived solo and no one waiting for me so contacted the tour operator and got no reply then attempted to find a resolution with Viator and after an hour I had to beg another driver to take me to my destination. I am unclear if I will get a refund from Viator at the time of this review. Needless to say I won’t be using this option again!

My flight was delayed 3hrs, driver was there when I arrived and patiently waited for me to purchase SIM for my phone also.

Such a friendly driver. So personable, a very warm welcome to Oman. Thank you so much for all your tips and making my entry into the country so smooth
