Dopo aver lasciato Tenerife meridionale, fatti strada attraverso il Parco Nazionale del Teide, patrimonio mondiale dell'UNESCO, dove abbondano attrazioni vulcaniche ultraterrene. Attraversa Vilaflor, uno dei villaggi più alti della Spagna, fermati per le foto al famoso albero del drago dell'isola di oltre 3000 anni a Icod De Los Viños. Godetevi Garachico il porto originale di Tenerife, devastato dall'ultima eruzione vulcanica e famoso per le sue piscine naturali di roccia. Poi Masca il villaggio su una scogliera il bellissimo villaggio delle Canarie nascosto nelle colline. Con molto altro ancora da vedere e scoprire con questo viaggio non rimarrete delusi. Avrete tempo per il pranzo in un ristorante consigliato o prendere il proprio pranzo che ci sono molti posti per sedersi e mangiare. Solo per i prelievi a nord.
Una breve sosta in uno dei villaggi più alti d'Europa. Prelievo solo in zona sud.
Fate una bella passeggiata intorno alle famose formazioni rocciose con una splendida vista sul vulcano Teide e sul Parco Nazionale. Affacciato sulla conca dove il terreno è sprofondato sotto il cono del Teide durante l'eruzione. A volte possiamo fermarci alla formazione rocciosa zapato de la reina.
Vedere i campi di lava del vulcano Chiñero (la più recente delle eruzioni qui a Tenerife 1906)
Fermati a Icod de los Vinos per dare un'occhiata all'antico albero del drago di 3.000 anni. (la leggenda narra che se l'albero viene tagliato, sanguina). Il villaggio di Icod è rustico con la tipica chiesa e piazza.
Trascorri un po 'di tempo qui in forse i villaggi più belli di Tenerife. I piccolo borgo nascosto tra le pieghe della Tenerife occidentale. Una comunità di persone che voleva essere nascosta dal resto dell'isola. Splendida vista di una gola che conduce a Los Gigantes. IL MASCA È CHIUSO PER IL MESE DI AGOSTO A CAUSA DEL RISCHIO INCENDI.
Garachico è il primo porto di Tenerife fino alla distruzione nel 1706 a causa dell'eruzione del vulcano. Avrai tempo per fare una passeggiata nel centro della città o prendere posto nella piazza sotto gli alberi e goderti il paesaggio.

I punti di prelievo sono nelle località costiere di Tenerife, gli orari possono variare a seconda di dove si alloggia.. La maggior parte dei pick up sono prima delle 08.30 Rurale fuori mano ostelli / clienti Airbnb dovranno viaggiare un po 'per raggiungere le città costiere più grandi. Non veniamo a prendere da tutti gli alberghi. Un punto centrale vicino può essere rilasciato a voi. (breve distanza a piedi) NON RITIRIAMO A SANTA CRUZ, LAGUNA O AREE RURALI. Non ritiriamo da PALM MAR o ABADES. Tutti i pick up Nord sono solo da PUERTO DE LA CRUZ. Non visitiamo più le scogliere di Los Gigantes. Costa del Silencio e Las Galletas prendiamo solo martedì e giovedì El Medano veniamo a prendere tutti i giorni ma non il mercoledì o il venerdì.

Not an enjoyable tour. Our tour guide was rude and did not do a good job. The guide would wander off and not wait for everyone and did not make things clear. The route was a waste of time and finally getting to Masca we only had 20 minutes and couldn’t do anything but take some photos and leave. Book another one that focuses on just Masca.
Everything great, the service, the route, and the explanations. 100% recommended
We ordered English tour, result was that tour guide talking 80% Spanish, 15% German and rest was A1 level English (e.g. “now we go north”, “we can see Mt. Teide” ….). We were not stopping for anything interesting or view point, mostly at cafe or shop. Lost day from our holiday

I am sorry to see you missed out that we stop for Guarachico and Icod to see the Dragon Tree in the lovely village along with Masca and Teide national park. The two coffee shops we stop at are for bathroom breaks required by law. Maybe it was just not your thing.
Masca Valley, one of the key parts of the tour, was closed throughout August, due to fire risk. But this was not mentioned on the website at time of booking (3rd August), nor in any emails to follow. We only found out when we joined the tour bus on the day (5th August). The itinerary has since been updated. Obviously the closure is out of the tour operators control but it would have been good to give us time to reconsider. Not enough time at Teidi to look in visitors centre. A lot of time on the bus.

We did add an update to our platform on 1st August regarding the situation, although we are unsure why this information was not visible to you at the time, and we sincerely apologise for this. This has been a very unusual and unfortunate situation. Due to the exceptional weather conditions and increased fire risk, Masca was temporarily closed at very short notice. As stated in our tour information, itineraries can occasionally be subject to changes due to unforeseen weather and safety conditions. Thankfully, the weather has now cooled and we are pleased to say that Masca has reopened. We completely appreciate how disappointing this must have been, particularly given the timing of your visit. It was an unfortunate combination of circumstances and, unfortunately, bad timing. We have taken this experience on board and will do our very best to be even more prepared and proactive should we face another short-notice closure due to fire risk or other exceptional circumstances. Once again, we are very sorry for the disappointment and appreciate your understanding.
Wonderful! We saw so many beautiful places in one day. The guide was knowledgeable and told us many interesting facts about the history, geography and culture of Tenerife. She talked in both English and Spanish, so it was a great opportunity to practise our Spanish listening skills. The only negative thing - not enough time to explore the Masca village. It was rushed. After quite a long and scary journey up the hill, we should be able to spend more time up there. Good value for money.

The guide should speak more in English
Many thanks for your review. The guide has to split the languages evenly. We do try to keep languages seperate when we can., however it is not always possible. Mixing a langauge or 2 keeps the cost down for clients wanting to partake in the trip.

Hmm we did Tiede by night I was expecting more. To be fair though I live in Shetlsnd where we have Aurora Borielis regularly and some mind blowing sun sets can't say I'd recommend this trip its quite pricey for what you get

It was not the highlight of our journey. Most of our time was spent in the minibus between the planned places to visit.
