I rarely write reviews, unless I feel strongly one way or another, unfortunately was fairly disappointed with the 20 minute jet ski ride at Playa Chica. Once we had been taken on the rib to the jet skis, they gave us the normal instructions, and said that the jet skis power will drop off if you’re within 100 M of another ski, so any overtaking had to be 100M away, which although sounded far, didn’t feel this would be an issue. However, the ski would not allow any overtaking, and actually created a bottleneck for all to the person in front. If you are hoping for a casual jet ski ride, this will be fine, but if you’re after some fun, try elsewhere.

Awesome experience Jet Skiing in Marina Rubicon. Staff were very accommodating- went out their way to make sure we can participate in the activity, especially as we arrived a little late as we lost our way. No prior experience needed. Super helpful and friendly guide (Lenoy), showed us clearly how to use the double Jet Ski and made us feel very safe on the water by leading the way on a separate boat. He gave us the option of switching seats during the activity to take turns driving. We booked a 45-min slot and found that 20 minutes of driving each was perfect for us. Would recommend wearing goggles/ sunglasses as a lot of salty water can get in your eyes. They take photos for you for an additional €20 or if you take your own, we would suggest using a water-proof phone case. This activity was a real highlight!

As a group we descended upon this place and we had seen it earlier in the holiday while out walking. We chose to do the jet skis but better to book direct as the site we booked through gave the impression we all had a jet ski each instead they were all doubles. You have an option of 20or 40 minutes but 20is too quick in my opinion. If you are on a double you can switch over after 20mins. They can travel quite fast so be sure this is the adrenaline rush for you. The staff are quite friendly.

These poorly educated pigs do not rinse lifejackets so you need a t-shirt, I had to come at 3:30 pm, I came at 3:15 pm, at 3:17 pm I was ready for 30 with my shirt. I asked when if I was passing well at 3:30 pm but no I had supposedly missed my turn, when I asked at 3:45 pm my time of passage I was told “not now should not forget the t-shirt it is me who decides here”, at 4 pm I asked to pass, we were fired unsparingly with insults. We left and were followed by an old alcoholic from their cabin who insulted us and our children with dirty French. They will invent an answer that I would have disrespected, I invite you to go see the other comments that talk about scamming as soon as customers are not Spanish (the only ones that leave positive reviews). I recommend his friendly competitor H2O with whom I was able to take a great jet ski ride with my children.

Ever since I was a child, I dreamed of riding a jet ski so now in my 30s I was thrilled to finally go with my 15-year-old daughter. However, the adventure started on a sour note due to the unprofessional and suspicious behavior of the staff. The location was difficult to find, tucked away behind a café, we managed to arrive just in time. The attendant, who was waiting for us, suggested I leave my bag in a locker. To my dismay he refused to give me a key, leaving me incredibly uncomfortable as my purse, phone, and hotel card were inside. Losing these would have been a major issue! Despite my apprehension, we decided to proceed. To my further annoyance, we were forced to buy t-shirts for 5 euros each, with no clear explanation as to why, the man said he’s English wasn’t so good. It felt like a blatant con, adding to my frustration with the whole situation. Nevertheless, we pressed on, and once we got on the jet ski, the experience took a dramatic turn for the better. It took about five minutes to get into the rhythm then we were off. The water was choppy but that was all part of the fun! I would advise wearing googles or fine sort of mask especially if you’re the driver! We had a belt attached to the jet ski and an automatic slowdown feature if we got too close to another jet ski, which was reassuring. Despite the frustrations with the staff, the jet skiing itself turned out to be one of the best experiences I've ever had and I would definitely recommend it!!!

Booked 40 minute double jetski, we had such a fun time the staff are all very friendly and provide a great service e would highly recommend this! 10/10

Booked a buggy tour ( not on the drop down box ), In Puerto Del Carmen, Lanzarote this week. Alex the tour rep was very good explaining controls and lead the way. The route was a mix between off road and road in a 2 seater buggy. Stopped off once and he explained a lot of local things which was good. The reason for 3 stars was that the tour stated 2.5hours and in fact it was barely 1hr 45mins which includes the lift to the buggies and sign in etc so the tour itself maybe 90mins tops. Another pair also commented to Alex about the time on the advert. Other tour operators are also cheaper as this was 150 euros and others state 2 hours for 120. You will need some sorta of face mask which can be bought for 5 euros. You will also need a jumper that they do lend you if you dont bring one for free. The usual pictures taken but its not a hard sell and only 10 euros. All in all its a good experience just not worth it when you consider the cost vs time

Excellent, easy to book and locate. Good photos they take and can download them all for a sensible price to your phone. Nothing to fault

My 2 sons got on the jet ski 70€ for 20minutes the team was Spanish no English and they got 5 minutes and they wouldn’t give a refund I payed 70€ only on it 2 minutes and they only gave 35€ refund only reason is I said I will call the police!!! Avoid like the plague
