We had a fantastic food tour in Rome with Dalia! The food was delicious, with so much variety to try, and Dalia was a lovely, knowledgeable guide who made the experience both fun and informative. Highly recommended!
Fantastic and authentic experience with Dalia! Best tour ever, such good food and vibes. Felt at home in Rome after this! Makes you feel like a local and taste all the local treasures.
Wonderful evening with a small group tasting wine, cheese, street food and pasta. Isabella was knowledgeable and friendly and made sure everyone was engaged, happy and well fed! Pointed out lots of places to come back and enjoy.
WONDERFUL!! This was a small group and only included our family. Mary, our guide, not only took us to taste delicious food, she was incredibly knowledgeable about the area and described areas of interest along the way.
It was just the 3 of us and the guide - the stops were not as expected. I would recommend a tour with more people and a bit more upscale stops - and more wine - guide was nice but missed all the cues that we were not enjoying
We're surprised to hear you DIDN'T enjoy getting a private tour, and that you would recommend that travelers book a tour with "more people". This food tour visits 3 sites that have been in business in Rome for over 100 years each, so we're confident our itinerary and stops have been locals' favorites for generations.
Our food tour was excellent! Dalia was informative, funny, so personable and an excellent manager of time and pacing! Highly recommend!!
My husband and I absolutely loved this food tour. The small group made it feel personal and fun, and every bite was a delicious discovery. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable, not just about the food, but the culture and history too. The walking path took us through the most charming and unexpected spots. Truly a highlight of our trip!
We had a wonderful food sampling experience. We tried eggplant arancini, skewers of chicken and cheese, cold cuts and cheese, pasta, gelato and the wine was plentiful along the way. The guide was friendly and knowledgeable. She chatted about the areas as we toured and sampled food and wine along the way. It might be pricey but well worth it. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour.
Elisabetta was a fabulous guide! She took us to 6 fantastic local establishments, where we had amazing local and street food, wine, her knowledge of Rome history and love of the areas we visited were outstanding! This tour is a "must do" if you're a food and wine enthusiast.
Our guide Smit was very informative and funny. Interesting tour of the streets of Rome where real locals would enjoy. We had a great time!
