Il nostro spirito pionieristico a La Maison Arabe ci ha portato ad aprire la prima scuola di cucina nel Regno del Marocco nel 2001. Gli amanti del cibo che soggiornano a Marrakech possono scoprire alcuni segreti della cucina tradizionale marocchina. I laboratori sono tenuti da un dada (cuoco tradizionale marocchino), al fianco di un traduttore (arabo/Inglese/Francese) e sono tenuti dalla scuola di cucina vicino al Riad-Hotel La Maison Arabe o dai giardini segreti lontani dal trambusto della medina. I laboratori di cucina marocchina presso La Maison Arabe consentono di imparare i pro e i contro della preparazione di un piatto marocchino in un bellissimo nuovo laboratorio con attrezzature all'avanguardia. Le postazioni di lavoro sono individuali e vengono utilizzati solo ingredienti freschi locali di altissima qualità. I laboratori di cucina presso La Maison Arabe offrono 2 opzioni: * Laboratori di cucina marocchina espressa di 1 ora : 2 sessioni al giorno : 1 : 30pm (pranzo) & 6 : 30pm (cena). * Laboratorio di cucina marocchina di 3 ore: 2 sessioni al giorno alle 10 (pranzo) e alle 15 (cena).

I absolutely loved this cooking class. The workshop is beautiful and each cooking station is set up nicely. Wafa was very sweet and gave great instructions. The chicken tagine was so good that I may even try to make it at home.
My family and I enjoyed that this was a very fast moving cooking class. We learned quite a lot and also enjoyed eating our own Tagine.
Thoroughly enjoyable experience. We wish we had booked the 3 hour experience. Dont eat beforehand as you get to eat your delicious tagine afterwards.
Good location. Great kitchen! Friendly staff! Very lovely chef! Dinner area was nice. 4/5 due to value for cost but otherwise lovely!
It was a great time to spend a rainy morning, the food was delicious and the teachers super nice and professional
One of our trip highlights. Everyone was enthusiastic, high energy, and really cared. The dish was great too - they even gave everyone a certificate and tajine pot in the end as a gift. Lovely experience!
Amazing experience. My only regret was not doing the 3 hour cooking class. I also booked thr hammam before the cooking workshop at the same hotel that the class is in and had drinks at the rooftop. Great value for what I paid.
This was a great experience in a beautiful setting. The staff and chef were super nice and entertaining. We learned about spices and then they took us to the cooking room. Everyone had their own stove-top set-up, with a TV giving you a close-up view of the chef’s direction. There were adults and kids present and each of us made our own dishes (3). After we were done they took us to a dinning room where they served us the food we made, along with bread and a dessert. Do not eat before going to this class! I highly recommend the experience.
Exceptional experience - the ladies run an incredible culinary workshop, so professional, energetic, warm & hospitable. Genuine must-do - couples, solo, friends, etc.
Very nice and friendly teachers. Highly recommended. Each its own fire, tagine and screen.
