Itinerario Ti verremo a prendere dal tuo hotel a Punta Cana tra le 8:00 e le 9:00. Una volta a bordo del minibus, faremo un'escursione a Montaña Redonda, uno dei luoghi più belli dell'intero paese caraibico. Potrai consumare un gustoso pasto tipico dominicano mentre osservi e goditi la cima della Montagna. Sulla via del ritorno faremo una sosta di 1 ora a Playa Esmeralda, una delle poche spiagge vergini totalmente sfrattate e isolate dalla città della Repubblica Dominicana e dalla natura esuberante. This was an amazing experience, we got picked up on time and the young man Samuel who took us to do the tour was great! Carols and his crew were very great as well very tentative and made sure we were taken care of. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for a relaxing excursion
We really enjoyed our tour which turned out to be private. We were picked up on time at our hotel in an air conditioned van. Carlos our guide was excellent. I was able to practice my rusty Spanish. He was kind and helpful. He added on a cave to our trip that was unexpected and beautiful. The views from the mountain were incredible and the food was great. He helped us take lots of fun shots and shared some from his phone via WhatsApp. The best part was the incredible beach he took us to. Playa Limon. He gave us a choice of beaches to see and we chose Limon because it is pristine and totally private. It felt like our own paradise. Prettiest beach we’ve ever seen. Carlos was patient, attentive and never made us feel rushed. We set the pace and he seemed willing to hang out with us as long as we wanted everywhere we went. He was a safe driver too. Can’t recommend this tour enough. Don’t hesitate!
We went as a family, all the views and activities were very good, I would visit that place again without a doubt.

Robinson was our tour guide and he was great! He even knew how to take great pictures of my husband and I. The mountain was beautiful and the food was great. The beach was breathtaking

From the mountain there are wonderful views, and you can also take pictures from the swings. They have professional photographers who take them and you can do it too. Playa Esmeralda is a very extensive beach, no hotels yet, therefore, not intervened, almost virgin beach. We also had a spectacular guide, his name is Edwin, many thanks to him.
Let me tell you the tour guide was awesome and so was the tour as well. This is so worth it….a must see.

First, let me start by saying that I was really looking forward to this tour until things went from bad to worse. I booked for a Wednesday with an 8:30 start time. I had to inquire about a confirmation for our reservation on the Tuesday before around 12:00pm because I had not received any notification. That night (Tuesday) @ 7:32pm, I received a WhatsApp message confirming our reservation but asking if I agreed to changing the time from 8:30am to 11:25am. I explained that I had another prior obligation that afternoon that I need to be back for. Then, the company changed the pick-up time to 10:20am. I inquired about the tour being rushed because it would be shortened. At this point, I inquired about canceling because it was obvious that this tour was not going to work out. I was then told that Viator would only refund 80% because we were canceling less than 24 hours out. This tour company finally offered to reschedule us for another day at the regularly scheduled time of 8:30am; however, we were leaving the next day. I adamantly explained that I booked the tour based on the 8:30am start time to fit prior plans we had after the tour. I didn't change the time, they did, so why would I be penalized with an 80% refund and held to a standard I couldn't have met because they contacted me with the proposed time change 13 hours before the initial agreed upon departure. Had they had contacted me 24 hours ahead to propose that time change, I would have cancelled then allowing me my full refund. After that exchange, I was then offered a 9:20am departure time, but at this point, I was done because how can you go from 8:30am to 11:25am, to 10:20am, and then to 9:20am. All faith was lost in this company at this point. When I returned home, I contacted Viator customer service in an attempt to mediate this situation, and that basically fell on deaf ears as well. I've used Viator multiple times in a few countries; however, after this experience, I will be sure to better vet the tour platform and the tour companies therein.
