Mondo Ferrari e Warner Bros. parchi con trasferimento da Dubai

Of all the tours i have done with Viator, this was the worst and because if the price i paid for it made me even more upset. The tour operator picked me up and then drove to 2 other locations to pick up 4 other people, who i later found our on the way that they were not on the same tour as me but on a different tour at the same time and because they arranged a different time, i didnt get to Ferrari World till after 11am. Mind u the tour was from 9am. When i got to Ferrari World, the guide dropped me off at the entrance and told me to take a bus to Warner Bros, which proved difficult since it was Formula 1 and no busses were not available. When i got inside Ferrari World, the line for the Rosa Rollercoaster was 3 and a half hrs long so by the time i got unto it, it was time to leave for Warner Bros. Had to get a ride from a resident of Dubai to Warner Bros. and while i got to Warner Bros at 4:30pm the guide called and said he was picking me up ay 6 which i told him no, then he ssid 630pm. By 6:30 he is ringing down my phone telling me there are other people in the van waiting. I was rushed and didn't get the time I paid for. Viator gave me back 32usd as compensation, which to me was funny.

Prompt and very knowledgeable driver had a great day nice relaxing drive from Dubai driver made sure we were well looked after

The driver was 45 minutes late for pick up. Another tour operator tracked him down parked in the terminal car park however he didn’t leave his car to find us at the designated pick up. When we arrived at Ferrari world we showed him our email from Viator to see if that was what we needed to get in and he said yes. When entering Ferrari world at 12pm they informed us we needed a ticket so they contacted Viator and we contacted our driver to get our tickets. Finally after 1pm we received the tickets. How unprofessional of Viator and our driver. We were so frustrated and disappointed that we didn’t even try to get our driver to take us to warners brothers world. Viator you need to make sure your drivers can communicate and know what they are doing

Both excellent parks with great rides and experiences. Marvin the Martian at Warners has been a favorite for years and to see his character at the Warners Park was such great fun.. We highly recommend spending a day at both parks.

Abu dhabi ferrari world warner bros. We started our journey from Dubai to Abu Dhabi with Mr. Ramchandra as our tour guide. He gave us lots of information about Dubai and Abu Dhabi. We then started with Ferrari World. We did multiple ride in Ferrari world which were very exciting and then went in Warner Bros. Overall great exprience Ram is too helpfull he suggest us good resturant for food Me and my family enjoyed alot

Spent a whole day at Ferrari World and enjoyed every minute there. Great cars, learned a lot, great acts from around the world, good restaurants and cafes. Altogether very impressive.

I have been in Dubai for two weeks and this tour was one of my best days. I enjoyed it immensely. Durgesh was my tour guide and he was excellent and very knowledgable. During these covid times I made sure I had a covid test the day before. I had the test done in Dubai to enable me to visit Abu Dhabi. I did not have to queue for any rides either at Ferrari World or Warner Brothers World. At Ferrari World they have the fastest rollercoaster in the world at 150 mph. Both parks are incredible and a joy to visit. At the end of the day for a little bit more money I was even given a bonus tour of Abu Dhabi. I highly recommend other people to go on this tour. You will have a lot of fun
