We decided last minute to book a shared tour to Monaco and the Medieval Villages (T6). We were a group of 4 ladies, all related, who met up in Nice for a family getaway. Smiley was our Tour Guide for the day and what a fantastic day we had! Smiley was informative, patient, accommodating and most of all funny and easy to talk to. Our tour vehicle was clean and comfortable. Smiley went above and beyond to answer all our questions, to ensure we were comfortable and that we enjoyed our day out, and we certainly did! I cannot wait to return to Nice, this time with my immediate family - and I shall be sure to book another tour, with Smiley of course 🙂.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Please read the email we sent after our tour: "Hi, We wish to give some feedback from our day Tour on Sunday 11th September. As you know even though we confirmed by email the tour with you 2 days prior, we were "forgotten" and you had to redirect another tour group to get us. The driver made comments upon getting us that he had to change his day around like it was our fault! We were very stressed about our tour happening or not, knowing we had fully paid for this day 2 months prior! During the tour we were not treated very kindly by the driver, he was very pushy on drop off and pick up times and we had such short times we couldn't enjoy any places we visited. The driver drove very fast, especially through the winding mountain roads.Chloe,our daughter became very car sick but the driver ignored our comments of her condition. We also understood, we were supposed to stop at Tourettes for a photo but drove straight past unfortunately! When we were stuck in the traffic jam due to a road accident, the driver's comments were again off his frustration to not be able to get home on time once again! On drop off he didn't ask us if we enjoyed our day!! There is much more that could be said about our experience. We were so looking to this day and it was such a disappointment for so many reasons."
my answer to this costumers tried to be refund 2 times by mails but because I refused 2 times to refund and tried to find an other solution because everything was done now she makes a bad comment ... poor person after 2 years bad covid locked home we have to take bad energy..,. Reserve este tour con 3 semanas de anticipacion y un dia antes de la fecha nadie me habia contactado asi que llame a la agencia y me dijeron que me habian cancelado el tour porque no contaban con el personal necesario. Fue imposible para mi hacer una reserva en otra agencia, todo estaba reservado y estaba sobre el tiempo. Tengan cuidado. I reserved with 3 weeks in advanced this tour and one day bedore the day of the tour nobody had contacted me, so I called to the tour agency and they told me that they had to cancel my reservation because they don’t have enough personal to work. It was impossible for me make a reservation in another tour agency, everything was full and I was running out of time. Be so careful with this agency.

We really enjoyed the tour. We covered a lot of towns. Wished we had more time in many of them, but we opted for quantity on this day-trip. The guide spoke fluent English and was very generous with our questions and picture-taking. Definitely recommend

What a delight to have a chauffeur so knowledgeable and passionate about Nice, and the Riviera. We had a great day of exciting and beautiful scenery that we would have never seen without his suggestions. Francois picked the perfect spot for our lunch, the views were spectacular. The day was perfect in every way, professional, fun and dependable. You will not find a better tour than with Smartour and request Francois for a fun-filled day.

<p>The tour started in a good manner. The driver was too good and came on time. But when we reached EZE, we thought of having a little free time to explore the place. Instead we were lead to visit only the perfume manufacturing facility of Fragonard at EZE. Then the tour went ahead to Monaco and Monte carlo for the first half, where we had little bit of free time to explore and enjoy. The driver was nice and explained us many good things while driving through the city roads.<br/> However The real disappointment started on the second half. while returning from Monte carlo the driver informed us that the trip which we booked for later half, which includes the visit to Saint-paul de vence, Gourdon, Grasse and Tourettes-sur-loup could not happen as the roads are closed due to some racing. This particular information looked quite fake. Knowing the country, this kind of racing schedule is given long before it actually happens. This tour operator took 7 days to confirm our booking. And we spoke to her even before the day of the Tour. She never informed us anything about the race. Nor did the driver informed us at the beginning of the day. Other wise we would have cancelled the entire trip.<br/> We were then offered to continue with the tour to Cannes, Antibes with the rest of the team or a refund of 60 Euro. We could not find any other option but to continue with them as our day was already spoilt by them.We were also given 20 Euro at the end of the day for this kind of misadventure.</p>
