Big coach tour. Decent vehicle, a bit cramped. Was close to capacity. Saw the whole coastal part of gran canaria. Lot's of very windy roads, not for faint hearted or people prone to motion sickness (light breakfast recommended). Carmelo, our guide was good, but repeats dialogue in EN, ES, and DE, which is fine but tedious. Really nice lunch arranged that is a huge amount of food and 3 courses for €15 per person, it's not obligatory. Didn't attend the option €2 euro banana plantation in Galdar. It was worth the time and money, and Carmelo was informative.

The tour was very well organized. We got the first impressions of Gran Canaria and can now plan our routes. It was a very nice day. We were traveling with our grandson and he also liked it very much.
Great day out, a chance to see different parts of the island. Very skilful and careful driver round the mountain roads Commentary was done in three languages which made it a bit difficult to follow at times,
Guide was friendly. Bad communication from company about pickup time 8am turned into 10:40am, missed out one spot, Most stops were for toilet breaks & not very interesting. Drop off at end was a nightmare, there were only a few left on the bus then people from other buses joined us so we had to drop them off before our drop off. Lunch was cheap but wouldn’t recommend it.

As indicated in the pre-tour information, pick-ups are coordinated at different times to ensure the efficiency of the service. The time spent on the bus may vary depending on the location of each hotel, but everything is organised to minimise waiting times and provide a smooth experience. The transfer system between vehicles is designed to speed up the grouping of passengers from different areas, thus optimising the total duration of the journey. Without these changes, journeys could be significantly longer.
We first went to Mogán, where we were only 30 min - one did not have time to enjoy the place... Next stop was a very small spot, where there was virtually only a toilet and a promenade - not really anything to see! On the way we made a stop in the mountains, to take pictures - it was really beautiful and absolutely amazing... Around noon we arrived at a lovely little port town with small white and blue houses - absolutely fantastic. We were supposed to have lunch there... It would have been good if we could have chosen the place ourselves... Bi had only a few hours incl lunch there, whiklet was pretty unfortunate, since it was a really lovely place. Fun and exciting with a visit to a banana plantation... Last stop was Las Canteras in Las Palmas, where we only had 45 minutes - all too little time to enjoy the beach, the promenade, and,/or cafe visits. I think we sat more on the bus than we actually saw anything - unfortunately.
Tak for din anmeldelse. Vi vil gerne præcisere, at tidsrammerne for hvert stop er tydeligt angivet på vores hjemmeside og i rejseplanen, og de blev overholdt under turen. Afstandene mellem besøgspunkterne er lange, hvilket gør det umuligt at bruge én time eller mere ved hvert stop uden at forlænge turen betydeligt. Besøgene og stoppene er beskrevet korrekt i vores produktbeskrivelser og vist med billeder. Frokosten er fri og valgfri – vi pålægger ingen at spise et bestemt sted. Vi stopper i et område, hvor gæsterne frit kan vælge restaurant eller medbringe egen mad. Med hensyn til tiden i bussen skyldes dette netop de lange afstande. Hvis vi havde forlænget hvert stop, ville hjemkomsten til hotellerne være meget sen, hvilket ikke er praktisk. Tak fordi I valgte os og for at dele jeres oplevelse.
The guide I think his name was Carmelo and Suso the driver , very nice people, good driving skills and the guide very kind and polite, I hope I don’t misspell his name. It was a nice tour with good information, I loved the banana farm. Beautiful places were presented. Thank you , highly recommended,
the tour was great, but the end was terrible. we started at 9.50 in puerto de mogan, beautiful route through the mountains, 2 times a stop of 30 minutes and 1 time of an hour, to have lunch. another stop at a banana plantation, this was great. at 15.30 the tour was over, and we would go to all the hotels again to bring people back. in las palmos we 2 and 2 other people had to change from the guide. we got in a small bus for 16 people that was completely full. there was no air conditioning, and the driver drove the wrong way, forgot 1 hotel so had to turn around again, then he drove the wrong way again. the bus was a sauna. at 17.30 finally back in puerto de mogan, 2 hours in a hot bus without air conditioning, and no windows in the bus that could open. Too bad about this beautiful day, we will not soon forget the end.
Gran Canaria (North) April 2025 It was a very good tour, especially for the trip with several stops in very beautiful places and in places with charming landscapes... very comfortable bus. We didn't like anything from the lunch proposed by the guide... sure it was cheap (15€ pax) but for another 5 or 10€ we deserved a better lunch and sure that those who align in this kind of things don't mind to pay a little more and so get well served... lunch very poor, even for the value that was... and in the place that was there was not even another alternative... the guide always very friendly, but sure to please the friends of the restaurant gave no alternative!p
The bus service and guide was very good! We learned a lot about the amazing island of Grancanaria during our trip! The wievs were just stunning, we made lots of great photos,also a visit to Banana farm was great experience))) we will definitely book our future trips with your company when visiting Canary Islands 👍
