Questa esperienza è costruita intorno a qualcosa che la maggior parte dei visitatori di Modena non arriva mai a vedere. Entrerai in una tradizionale acetaia a conduzione familiare di Modena, chiusa al pubblico, e assaggerai l’autentico aceto balsamico invecchiato oltre 25 anni, imparando come viene veramente realizzato questo “Oro Nero”. Da lì, esplorerai Modena attraverso le sue tradizioni alimentari, incontrando venditori locali e scoprendo le storie dietro il Parmigiano Reggiano e le tigelle. Camminerai attraverso lo storico Mercato Albinelli con una prospettiva locale, guardando oltre le bancarelle e comprendendo come funziona la cultura alimentare modenese di tutti i giorni. Lungo il percorso, scoprirai piccole tradizioni e sorprendenti abitudini locali, come lo gnocco fritto gustato con il cappuccino, che la maggior parte dei visitatori non nota mai. Con un massimo di 8 ospiti, godrai di un'esperienza più personale, con il tempo di porre domande e connetterti direttamente con le persone dietro il cibo. Ci fermeremo al mercato alimentare Albinelli per mescolarci con la gente del posto e assaggiare del Parmigiano Reggiano con diversi livelli di stagionatura

This was a fantastic food tour of Modena including a very special breakfast and memorable balsamic tasting. Our guide, Loredana was excellent. So friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend. Very easy to travel to Modena from Bologna by train.

This food tour was exceptional. Wandering the streets of Modena, an insight into the history, and stopping at different locations for sampling of local food was incredibly good. Spent the day in Modena with Lori who was absolutely wonderful. Gnocco frito , wines Parmesan , tagelle and modena glaze , and vinegar. Highly recommend!

Loredana was a very charming and experienced guide. Lots of tasty food stops and at pretty slow pace on a hot day in Modena. Market, cafe, balsemica shop and a gelati shop. Loredana was very kind and caring for all the people in our group including two small children.

We had a really lovely, full and exciting food tour with our guide Loredana. In total we were with 6 persons. The places we visited, the food and wine we tasted, all great. Loredana was very knowlegde-able and we could ask her all kinds of questions. All in all a great experience in a lovely group.
