Miami : Tour turistico Hop-on Hop-off con opzione crociera

This was awful. They were late every time, and the AC did not work, Miami and no AC. It made for a miserable drive anywhere.

Overall, a great way to see the key areas of Miami. The tour was around 2 hours and had headphones given to us for a commentary on the area. Whilst I have no issue with a pre-recorded track I found the commentary focused far too much on the shopping areas and great places to spend cash rather than delving into more of the history of the area. In the areas such as little Havana the history was great and was very enjoyable. Overall, would recommend.

I loved this bus tour !!! Tour Downtown Miami, then went To Miami Beach, Wynwood and then Little Havana and then ends where it started in Downtown Miami Highly recommend this bus tour.

Booking was horrendous. Arrived before departure to be snapped at that the last tour left 20 minutes ago. Contacted customer service for refund or to use the next day and asked the correct departure times. Ignored. Followed up and refund refused and limited information provided. Could not use voucher and nobody assisted in customer services. Kiosk operator and lady driver there initially were rude, severely lacking in customer care skills and understanding of basic English. Avoid.

Audio described attractions at each stop, but do not drive by the attractions. Not recommended for the directionally challenged

Overall experience on the Big Bus tour was verbally good. The reason for the average score was the timings of the buses. They don’t really stick to the timings detailed on the website which makes planning with a two year old quite challenging, particularly in the oppressive heat of Miami. The app is fantastic and gives you real time info on the buses however we only realised this after we’d missed the first bus at one of the stops. We also noticed that three buses seemed to run about 10 mins apart with the fourth lagging about 40 mins apart. The actual tour and descriptions are great. Informative and delivered in an engaging way so full marks there. Definitely worth a trip if you like your bus tours.

Was Nice to hear and see places we haven't been before. We just did not have enough time to actually hop on and hop off. Our tour was running late and if we would have gotten off we would have missed our plane. The person that met us at the ship at the exit his name was Chris. He didn't awesome job. He even got on the bus and explained things to us even though I think he was a little stressed out because we were all running so late

Great way to experience downtown Miami before or after cruising. Met the bus at the port where Chris and Jose were ready and waiting for us. Great option for holding luggage while the bus takes you sight seeing where you can hop on/off at your own pace. Highly recommended. Great value for the price!

The bus ran despite a defective air conditioning system. Due to severe thunderstorms, everyone had to go inside. The windows fogged up at 35 degrees, and you could see nothing anymore. The driver even had to leave the front door open so he could see the road! An imposition, no information, no apology, nothing. In Washington, the tour did not fare glamorously either; the buses did not stop at the pickup stations!
