Exo travel escorted us throughout our 15 day Vietnam trip booked with Trailfinders. Had private guide and driver to escort us in north,central and south Vietnam. Special mentions for Cane,Hung and Huei who were all excellent. Always where they were supposed to be at the right time and full of knowledge which made all our trips so great. Drivers too were great. Highly recommend this tour company
Beware this is a scam. Paid $136 and no one showed up. Company EXO VIETNAM-claimed they had no details or that it had not been booked through them. Refused to help. Said it was a fake company. DO NOT DEAL WITH EXO VIETNAM under any circumstances.
On behalf of my family, I want to thank Exo Travel Vietnam for their assistance with our recent tour of Ho Chi Minh City, on the last leg of our Vietnamese holiday. They were very flexible with regards to our itinerary, and were willing to tailor make the tour to suit us, as we were quite limited for time. Our tour guide JJ was excellent. He picked us at the airport and escorted us to our hotel whilst welcoming us to a city we had never been to before. He met us the following day to take us on a guided tour of Ho Chin Minh city’s architectural highlights. He was very knowledgeable and well prepared. He was warm and friendly throughout and always happy to answer any questions we had. As agreed in advance, he took my son, an architecture student, to visit Buu Long Pagoda which was a little bit out of the city centre. My son loved the visit very much which will live long in his memory, I’m sure. So thanks again to all the team and the very best wishes to JJ for the future.
We had the most amazing experience with Exo Travel. Our guides name was Jay Jay. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide. He met us at the airport and took care of us the entire weekend. All the tours were private, intimate and fun! Jay Jay was so friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We loved the half day walking tour, Mekong river delta, and the night time Vespa food tour. Book with Jay Jay for the best experience!!!
I call this the ghost tour. For my trip to Vietnam ami selected two tours a food/history tour and this tour. No reviews no details just walking the back streets of Saigon. Well the day before the trip because of the long travel here and jet lag I asked to change the day by messaging the tour operator thru Viator and then directly. No response.
