Non dimenticare che verremo a prenderti al tuo hotel di buon mattino alle 4:30 e partiremo per Can Tho City. Ci vogliono circa 3 ore per arrivare in città. Il mercato galleggiante di Cai Rang è affollato dall'alba fino alle 9:00 circa, ed è allora che ci dirigeremo lì in barca, per circa 30 minuti di viaggio. Avrai la possibilità di salire su una barca mercantile e dare un'occhiata a tutti i frutti colorati come mango, rambutan, longan e il "re dei frutti" durian. Mentre sei sulla barca, assaggerai alcuni deliziosi cibi da strada come Pho, Bun Rieu, Com Tam e Hu Tieu. Vedremo anche come vengono preparati i noodles e la carta di riso "Banh Trang" e faremo una piacevole passeggiata in campagna. Naturalmente, non possiamo perderci l'assaggio di frutti tropicali, il sorseggiare tè caldo e una divertente battuta di pesca. Dopodiché, ci dirigeremo a Vinh Long - Cai Be.
Partecipa al nostro corso di cucina e pranza in una casa famiglia a Tan Phong Islet nella provincia di Vinh Long. Immergiti nella cultura locale pedalando, facendo kayak e partecipando ad attività spirituali che fanno parte del patrimonio culturale del Vietnam del Sud. Cammineremo lungo la riva del canale per visitare le specialità locali del Mekong, come la torta di riso pop, i dolci al cocco e il vino di riso tropicale. Amazing trip, we had a few initial hiccups in the morning but thats due to no ones fault. The communication was clear and consise. We did a private tour so had Tri’s(our guide) full attention. He went above and beyond to make the day a success. I would highly recommend them.

Our tour guide name was Linda, it was a very pleasant experience. She was very nice and helpful on all topics. Also very funny and brightens up the mood. Sometimes it was a bit hard to understand but she will gladly repeat the sentence. Overall the tour was very fun we went to a lot of different places. The only down side to it was that it started at 4 am in the morning. We were all pretty tired. ^^
