Really not professional and Medi
I would NOT recommend this tour for multiple reasons: 1. It states that the colleseum ticket is not included - so I purchased it prior to the tour and told the person at the meeting point that I had purchased the ticket - she awknowwledged this and then provided no additional feedback - the ticket is timed. I assuemd the tour would go into the colleseum (my mistake), but the guide was only doing the outside and then you'd purchase a ticket. So I did have to leave partially through the tour to still be able to enter. 2. More imporantly though I was not upset to leave as the tour guide was both innaccurate with dates for signficant aspects and spent more time repeating the same thing than providing original information

As clearly stated in the tour title and description, this is an exterior walking tour and does not include entry into the Colosseum. Guests who already have timed entrance tickets are always welcome to join, but it is their responsibility to ensure their ticket time is compatible with the tour schedule. Regarding your comments about the guide, all of our guides are fully licensed professionals with extensive knowledge of the history of Ancient Rome. We take the accuracy of the information we provide very seriously, and we have no evidence that incorrect historical information was presented during your tour. Informative guide but everything you see you could just see for free. The opportunity to pay for entry into the sites is not available until after the tour and you have to wait in line to buy tickets with everyone else. You also do not go into the forum or climb palentine hill.

This is clearly an exterior tour, as stated in both the tour title and description, and it does not include entry to the Colosseum, Roman Forum, or Palatine Hill. Guests who choose to purchase tickets after the tour can use them to visit both the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill, as these sites are included with the standard Colosseum ticket. However, purchasing tickets is optional and depends on availability on the day. We encourage all guests to carefully read the tour description before booking to ensure it matches their expectations.
They need to control tickets selling ! This is historic place How many people can fit it You literally can’t see much with thousands of people around you
The number of visitors inside the Colosseum is managed entirely by the site authorities and is not something tour operators can influence. As one of the world's most visited landmarks, it can be especially busy during peak periods. We always strive to provide the best possible experience within these conditions.
All outside of the colosseum, lots of history. Valeria was excellent, and made every effort to keep us in the shade when she could.

If the tour is only exterior, they should not post photos of the interior of the coliseum.

The person responsible for the tour did not arrive; they sent another person to give it, and the explanation was very brief for what we paid. Honestly, it was not worth paying for this; the least I would expect is a refund of what we spent.
