It was terrible, the driver didn’t want to pick us from the reception door so we had to walk a long way with 2 small kids, the boat doesn’t look like the pictures, it’s miserable. The toilets are also miserable, you can’t touch anything. Also the food was cold, dry, doesn’t look good. You have to pay for wifi, terrible tripz

Regarding the pick-up, we would like to clarify that guests are informed in advance when the transfer vehicle cannot enter inside the hotel area due to hotel/security rules. In this case, the pick-up point was arranged at the security gate, and this information was shared before the tour. Our driver followed the confirmed pick-up instructions. We are also sorry to hear your comments about the boat, toilets, and food. The yacht used for this tour is the same category as advertised, but we understand that expectations may differ from guest to guest. The transfer was 2.5hrs from hotel I was picked up at 7.30 and was told transfer was 1.5hrs.. by the time we got on the boat it was already 10.30 and we were off the boat again by 3.00… not a great experience as was supposed to be an English spoken tour and nobody spoke English… When getting off the boat had no direction of how to get back to the bus and have currently been sat on a bus for 2 hours with 3 hours without any drop offs!! Food was awful on the boat both the food and the fact we were not informed lunch was even ready and they were charging €6 for ONE drink!

This tour includes pickups from different regions such as Belek, Side, Antalya and Alanya, so transfer times can vary depending on the hotel location and traffic conditions. Absolutely Amazing family trip, friendly staff, enjoyed a fun day out. Would definitely recommend. 2 Foam parties 1 for children then 1 for adults. Kids get to steer the boat. Photo with parrot. 3 swimming stops. Loved it
