The company was good with communication. I knew where to go once I got my bags and the name of my driver. The driver held a sign with my name on it which help with identify the correct driver in such a busy space. You have to be skilled to drive in Jamaica, and our drive got us there safe and sound. I knew what time my return pick up was in advance which helped me plan my departure.
We were over 45 minutes late coming out of the airport - I was sure our shuttle driver would be gone... But I was wrong. King Henry was there with a smile, holding up a sign with our name on it! That was a real relief in our end. Five days later, he was at our hotel right in time - ready to take us back King Henry was great - I would highly recommend this shuttle to anyone needing a ride from Montego Bay to Negril.

Henry was a great driver! He was punctual and friendly. He stopped a few places for me so I could buy some coffee and spices. We enjoyed talking with him. We would definitely hire him again the next time we are in Jamaica!

Excellent experience and great driving. Someone on the road was driving wild but our driver had good reaction time and avoided an accident. He was friendly and funny. Highly recommend Henry!

This was my 3x in Jamaica and my second time using Turner Taxi, by far the best experience. Glenroy was my driver my first year and I was blessed enough to have him again this yr. He's the best☺️ very knowledgeable and makes the beginning and end of my vacation feel complete. From the greeting to the goodbye I felt safe, welcomed and home.
