Despite the worse cruise ship disembarkment ever, including luggage backlog, slow customs process and backed up terminal traffic, our driver, Ramsey maintained communications with us and persevered in finding us in the terminal madness. The disembarkation nightmare was eased when we realized that Ramsey, stayed in touch and was making his way through traffic to pick us up.
Really dissopointed with the service. I emailed 3 days prior via the site and I did not receive a response... on the day it stated someone will meet and greet as part of the service and this did not happen either... I tried to call twice and then messaged again. Finally received a call being told driver is being sent now. And given a very loose location to meet the driver.. we finally found our way to get another message of change of location of collection. When meeting with the driver he was initially in his vehicle eating.. when I asked why he did not meet as advertised he said that the location is new and changed ... very poor
Fabulous communication even thru a bunch of delays at the port with immigration and customs. We were easily able to connect and stay in touch with multiple issues. Absolutely perfect and we were so grateful for a pleasant smile after the stress of arrivals.
The vehicle was appropriately sized for our group. The driver was on time and courteous. He efficiently delivered us to our hotel. Well worth the money.
Perfect communication, dispatcher kept us informed every step of the way!! Driver was friendly and accommodating! We were happy to give him a well deserved generous tip!!
We waited 45 minutes for a can at the port iin Singapore. Very disappointing Driver never talked to us

We waited 30 minutes - were picked up by the wrong driver who then dropped us bsck to the starting point and I then had to ring the control centre together with the wrong driver to explain not once but twice that we had not yet been picked up . The new driver didn’t even speak to us and was on his phone the whole journey - very poor service!
