Mattina Quad bike Open Desert

They never picked me up from my hotel. I was left waiting outside for two hours. I texted them multiple times but they never responded. They also cancelled on me the first time I tried to book it.

The dunes were amazing and the instructor guided us very well on our quads. Mohd Zee DXB was very good with the pick up and drop. He has +1000 aura with sigma rizz.

Fun time would go again good value for money tour guide was informative and pleasant comfortable journey to and from the desert

Great organization. We were picked up from the hotel on time and driven into the desert. After a short briefing we went into the desert. Many thanks to our guide. A great experience.

Being able to drive freely with a very trusting guide was perfect. They allowed us to drive at a decent speed all while enjoying the beautiful views in the desert

Firstly we arrived and were immediately told “there is no insurance don’t go fast”. Followed by having a headscarf put on and then being told to give them 50aed each for a headscarf (approx £13 each). The guide then set off out of sight which was fab for our adrenaline junkie sons, but there was no option to go slow or you would be lost. After photos being taken by their photographer one quad wouldn’t start and the guide didn’t even notice. My son was just left to catch up with the crazy fast guide. Once they finally got his attention he reminded them “don’t break anything, there’s no insurance and you’ll have to pay for damages”. There was no consideration given to different skill levels and my husband continually struggled to keep up until finally his quad overturned on top of him. Very scary! He immediately lost his sunglasses in the dunes after smashing his head. In summary our twenty something sons loved it. Not a problem as long as you are very experienced and if you have no concerns over insurance. Not recommended to less experienced drivers.

Very nice experience i recommend it! The sunset was amazing and the guide very nice and helpful! The driver was nice and take care of everything!

My family & I have been to Dubai many times and we always do quad biking without fail. This excursion operator was definitely one of the best we have used so far. Our experience started off with a good length guided tour and along the way we were able to stop at different spots to take pictures, videos, etc. We also had a few minutes of speeding around (in a safe manner, of course). The only negative we had was regarding ID required on the day, which was down do miscommunication on their side. Having said that, our driver (Nassir I believe it was), kindly offered to put down his ID for us, so that our activity could still go ahead.
