Itinerario

Not a very pleasant experience with our guide. She was rushing in everything & did not cooperate with anyone. Seems like she was in some kinda rush to finish the trip early. Even once scolded the entire group for taking longer than expected due to heavy rain at one of the activities which was very unprofessional & unpleasant experience. She also said we can complaint about it, but she doesn't care. Thus I would not recommend this to especially people with family & kids. Also the management needs to check tabs on their guide, on their soft skills & compassion towards tourists. Also a suggestion to give proper rest to their guides, I am assuming she was over worked, thus the consequences were faced by the entire group.
Everything was good, except…In my opinion, the tour guide lacks leadership qualities. She clearly overacts 😅 It feels like she’s talking to us as if we were children—"let's clap," "now everyone together"... We’re adults on a tour, not in kindergarten 😂. At the end of the tour, while we were in the car, she suggested playing songs representing each country present; however, when I started to name a Russian song, she flatly refused to play it!! I find this kind of behavior unacceptable—especially for a tour guide, given that the job essentially involves spending a lot of time with people from various countries! It seems to me that I wasn't welcome there.
My friend and I booked this one-day tour to Martvili Canyon and Prometheus Cave in advance, and it exceeded all our expectations. The canyon's emerald waters and the cave's magical light show were absolutely breathtaking. But our guide, Nina, made the day truly special. She was incredibly friendly and always ready to help whether with photos, questions. Nina has a real gift for bringing people together; her warm energy made our whole group feel like one big team within hours. Kept us engaged from start to finish. I highly recommend this tour and especially Nina as your guide!
I want to this tour with my wife and Nina the guide she was so special she is sweet active and she helped us in every single aspect, I highly recommend this tour especially with her
Wonderful experience. Enjoyed alot, especially the hot springs. Nini is very nice, positively energetic person. Although the drive is long, but car is comfortable. Definitely recommend it.
We had a wonderful day out. The mini bus was very comfortable and we got to see 3 beautiful sites. David was super friendly and very knowledgeable and allowed us to go at our own pace at the canyon and springs. All in all we would highly recommend this tour if you'd like to experience the beauty of Georgia.
The trip was fantastic, the guide was incredibly helpful, informative and polite and the drive was very professional
The trip was great. The guide Tina was also friendly kind polite) i am satisfied with organization food and car driver.
I would like to give a special thank you to Nini for this wonderful day. I was truly delighted with this excursion, which far exceeded my expectations. Nini was an exceptional guide: always smiling, very knowledgeable, attentive to all our questions, always ready to provide explanations, give advice, and chat with us. It was a real pleasure to spend the day with someone so professional, passionate, and kind. A big thank you also to our driver, who drove very carefully throughout the entire trip. We felt safe at all times. All the activities were perfectly organized, and the restaurant chosen for lunch was excellent. For a day that lasted more than twelve hours, the value for money was truly outstanding. I really enjoyed all three places we visited. The cave was impressive, the canyon was magnificent, and the hot springs were absolutely fascinating. Each of these places had its own charm and will remain a wonderful memory of my stay in Georgia. I sincerely thank Nini and our driver for this unforgettable day. It is an experience I will not forget anytime soon. Thank you again for your professionalism, your kindness, and your enthusiasm! The trip was satisfactory. The guide was doing her best. I would suggest to have safety belts in the minibus as the road was windy and wet with the rain.
