Too much upselling of additional services and products from when you first enter the hotel ( it’s in a hotel basement) and continues with every individual treatment you have. Some people may be ok with it. Personally we found it hard to enjoy the bath/massage etc when people are asking for yet another x amount of TRL for another add on, when you felt you’d already signed up to the inclusive experience at a) the original time of booking and b) when you had the 10 minute sales pitch when you entered the spa reception. Massage and bath itself were good though although my 14 year old son lucked out as his treatments seems to last half the length of time as the adults - despite paying adult prices.

I booked this excursion, and ended up coming again for the massage, Oya has amazing energy and her massage is 5 star, the guide was helpful, drivers where great massage was exceptional from oya at serenity spa! Omer was very helpful, was not happy with hamman, as it was cold, I booked a facial and massage when I revisited, facial was ok, was worth what I paid would not be happy if I paid more. But overall it was the massage with oya that won me over best value for money Wii come again just for massage from her

This Turkish bath experience is excellent. I went to the experience by myself and the driver was super friendly which made me feel at ease. Once I got into the hotel, the Turkish bath is located on the floor below reception. Now on first impression the decor is slightly dated but once you start going for the services it is quickly forgotten. The bath itself was good, I was in the hammam bath area by myself and Saf (i think that's his name) was so friendly, efficient and thorough. I came out feeling refreshed and ready for my massage. Next I booked additional 30min massage onto my package and the masseuse Oyia ( again I may have spelt this wrong) she was fantastic. Very experienced, through and has a great technique. After the massage, she highlighted problem areas which I really appreciated and due to the level of care she took with the massage, I knew I could trust her opinion. Absolutely fantastic. I returned 3 times whilst on holiday and it was really worth it. The entire are great and I would recommend.

Amazing experience with my son. We paid for 2 extra massages each and wasn't disappointed. So much so my son had a medical massage and I had 3. The staff was friendly, professional and knew what they was doing. Very relaxing atmosphere. My son enjoyed it that much he wanted to go back everyday. Pick up and drop off service free of charge

Charged way more then other companies should of been £8 we ended up paying £38 for both . Ontop of that they took £60 extra for extra services which was pointless as they didn’t even do . Reflexology they didn’t do and the sea salt is a waste of money .

First time we use hammam in 2019.From that time when we going in holiday we use in every place where we go.But this time was different.Everything was perfect.We have all packages.Not expensive and very good service.Thank you very much 😘

Best massage I’ve ever had and amazing value for money

We were being picked up from the hotel at the right time. After reaching, we realised that this is a part of some Excilier club and located below the ground floor. I had to request for disposable underwear and slippers which are normally being provided. However, they offered Apple tea which we didn't choose to have. They don't track your timings in the sauna so once you are there for about 20-30 minutes, remind them. After that we were taken to Hamam massage where there were two men and one lady was scrubbing 3 customers on the marble. After that they applied a bubble bath. After Hamam, the massage is only 15 minutes which you won't even realise when it gets complicated. And there were male messaure which I felt very awkward as I never had my body massage being done by male messaure. Mine was completed in ten minutes so I told them it isn't as stated then they did it for another five minutes. After coming, they applied a complimentary face mask complementary. But overall, I won't recommend this.
