Il villaggio di pescatori e il mercato di Marsaxlokk, dove potrete godere di spettacolari barche da pesca maltesi tradizionali colorate. Inoltre, la Grotta Azzurra invita con le sue acque azzurre abbaglianti e le imponenti scogliere calcaree, promettendo uno spettacolo come nessun altro. Non esitate a fare qualsiasi domanda. Itinerario
Vittoriosa, Senglea e Cospicua, conosciute come le Tre Città di Malta, sono pezzi di storia viva tenuti in vita da centinaia di anni di conservazione, e dal miracolo occasionale. Le città fortificate si trovano come un trio di villaggi nel cuore del centro storico di Malta, direttamente di fronte al Grand Harbour da La Valletta.
Marsaxlokk è nota soprattutto per i numerosi luzzu nel suo porto. Sullo sfondo si vede la chiesa parrocchiale di Marsaxlokk dedicata a Nostra Signora del Rosario - La Madonna di Pompei. I tradizionali luzzi e altre imbarcazioni più grandi e moderne costeggiano il porto interno riparato.
Il più antico sito preistorico di Malta, Għar Dalam, invita i visitatori a fare un viaggio in un'epoca precedente all'abitazione umana, quando animali come elefanti, ippopotami e cervi rossi vagavano nella natura incontaminata dell'era glaciale.
Una meraviglia naturale, la splendida Grotta Azzurra è una rete di sei grotte, che vantano i panorami più belli e le acque più limpide che le isole maltesi hanno da offrire. Situata in posizione idilliaca sulla costa meridionale, questa è una delle attrazioni naturali più popolari di Malta.
Ħaġar Qim è un antico complesso megalitico di templi a Malta, risalente al 3600-3200 a.C., noto per le sue dimensioni impressionanti, gli allineamenti religiosi e astronomici e l'architettura unica che utilizza massicci blocchi di calcare. Come sito Patrimonio dell'umanità dell'UNESCO, presenta un tempio principale con camere interconnesse e una struttura più piccola separata, ed è notevole per un allineamento del solstizio che evidenzia una pietra centrale. Sebbene il suo scopo esatto non sia noto, gli studiosi suggeriscono che fosse un sito sacro per rituali e adorazione del sole, come testimoniano reperti come altari e statuette relative alla fertilità.
Situate sulla costa occidentale di Malta, a 253 metri sul livello del mare le scogliere di Dingli sono la parte più alta dell'isola. Le scogliere sono diventate un'attrazione popolare per i turisti che visitano Malta, dirigendosi lì per una tranquilla passeggiata con vista su Filfa e sul Mar Mediterraneo.
Situata nella parte meridionale di Mdina, l'affascinante città di Rabat (Malta) ha una rete di strade a forma di stella e bei palazzi con tradizionali balconi in legno "Gallarija". La città, che si trasforma dalla mattina alla sera quando i turisti tornano a destinazione, ha molte attrazioni. Ha catacombe, chiese e mosaici romani. Ha anche una meritata reputazione gastronomica, con caffè e ristoranti che servono la migliore cucina maltese. Una tappa obbligata quando si visita Malta è vedere i mosaici della Domus Romana, una grande villa risalente al I secolo a.C. che, durante il periodo arabo nell’XI secolo, era coperta da un cimitero musulmano. Altro must è visitare le Catacombe di San Paolo, risalenti al III secolo a.C., che sono state utilizzate per le sepolture per 500 anni. Dovreste anche visitare le Catacombe di Sant’Agata.
Mdina è una città medievale fortificata racchiusa in bastioni, situata su una grande collina nel centro di Malta. La città era l'antica capitale di Malta, e con le sue strade strette, pochi abitanti e splendide viste sull'isola è davvero una città magica.

We were absolutely thrilled with this tour. It covers a significant portion of the main sights in Malta. Since we wanted to make the most of our short stay, this was an extremely efficient solution. We covered the remaining highlights (Gozo, Blue Lagoon, etc.) on a second day via a boat trip, which gave us the perfect combination in the end. A big thank you to our very nice driver! He was incredibly flexible and kept us well-informed throughout the drive. Thanks to his interesting facts about the island and his helpful tips on how to manage our time at each stop, the day ran completely smoothly. It was exactly the customized experience we had hoped for.

Gerald was an exceptionally punctual driver. He reached out to me two days and one day before our meeting to confirm the location and time. He arrived on time, and we enjoyed a tour customized to my interests. I had the flexibility to spend as much or as little time as I wanted at each location, so there was no wasted time. Gerald also provided a wealth of information about each site and about Malta in general.

Was hectic at pickup as MSC EuropaWorlz gas docked and 6000 odd passengers getting off. Our driver Daryl kept in touch and met us. Tour was flexible so we did Three Cities, Marsaloxx, Blue grotto, Dingli Cliffs. Daryl aimed to be flexible to what we wanted to do as we had done Mdina the day before. Wanted to Sliema and St Julians but ran out of time. At Blue Grotto he suggested the boat ride- it was a good recommendation and highlight of the day. We did Dingli cliffs but as I had read elsewhere , you can skip this as Blue Grotto is better. Wish I had suggested just St Julians instead. Daryl was great - informative, friendly and focused on Is . A wonderful day with a great driver and guide who was friendly. Recommended
