Incontrerai la passione per i vini e i formaggi nell'atmosfera accogliente di un tipico negozio maiorchino chiamato "colmado". Apprezza questo viaggio narrativo attraverso i vigneti di Maiorca godendo ad ogni passo aromi, sapori e consistenze che i maestri artigiani della nostra terra ci offrono. Degustazione di vini, formaggi e sobrasada con una propria identità raggiunta nel tempo, con esperienza e con un buon lavoro. Degustazione informale, pensata su misura per chi ama, chi apprezza il terroir, il sole, il mare, la vigna, le valli, la montagna. Porta con te un po’ del nostro paesaggio, del nostro modo di essere e della nostra terra. Con la prenotazione si accetta il gentlet agreement di lasciare i cellulari all'ingresso.

Amazing evening and encyclopedic knowledge from our host, Atanas. I thought my wine knowledge was pretty good but discovered a whole new understanding thanks to Atanas.
First off, the wine was great and I learned a lot from the owner who hosted the wine tasting. But other than that, it was not good The wine shop is sooo tiny and it’s very hot inside. It is really messy inside and packed with uncased wines all the way up to the ceiling. Heaven forbid there is an earthquake or anyone moves too quickly and bump into something- the entire walls of wine will come crashing down. It’s dirty inside and it’s not that nice. I saw the owner grab two glasses straight from the cardboard box without washing them and give them to other guests to do wine tasting. During our tasting, some people came to buy wine and he just stopped our tasting to sell them wine. He also sold them tickets to the wine tasting for $50 each, which is about $25 less than what we paid! Also, the owner took too long talking so much and after he went on for over 30 minutes after the tasting was supposed to end. So we left. Lastly, it was so hot inside that the cheese and salamis were sweating really badly right when the experience started.
This was a fantastic tasting! From the intimate environment, to the knowledge of the gentleman giving the tasting, to the thoughtful pairings. We learned so much about fats, acids and sugars and how to eat with wine as well as just drinking it! The wines tasted were plentiful and of such a great variety. We really learned how to use our noses and 'how to taste'. Highly recommend and would do it again!
My daughter and I had a very enjoyable couple of hours wine tasting at Avinae Wines. We have both been wine tasting before but this was something a bit different covering a lot of ground but most memorably drinking from a black wineglass ( meaning you could not see the colour of the wine, removing all preconceptions ) and the effect of different foods on how wine tastes. The tastings were generous and the evening fun and informative. I would definitely recommend
There were three of us there (female, mid-30s). And we felt really well taken care of. We had booked in German and it was a mix of German and English. Which was totally fine because he was very easy to understand. We had fun and learned a lot.
It was very personable. The best wine tasting experience I’ve had so far. Very knowledgeable and good sense of humour!
While drinking wine you’ll get a better understanding of how it’s made and its history really enjoy.
100% … what always do again - could imagine to buy all wine and sparkling for my upcoming wedding in northern Germany here - think the owner might be a bit over the top but if he chooses to do so he can and will perfectly match every occasion.
