An incredible experience with stunning frozen scenery. Our guide was awesome, very knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole tour both fun and informative. She kept everyone safe on the ice while sharing interesting facts along the way. Highly recommend this tour! ❄️
An amazing crew and a fantastic experience. Even with Mother Nature throwing in some unseasonably warm weather, the Snowdog team always prioritised safety and worked hard to adjust the tour schedule so we could still enjoy every activity. Their professionalism, flexibility, and positive attitude made the whole experience seamless and genuinely enjoyable. Highly recommended.
Our guide, Jordan, was wonderful. Her kindness, passion and knowledge was a huge part of why this tour was great. The scenery was beautiful and the ice walk was great fun.
This was a awesome hike Jordan was an excellent guide with a lot of knowledge to share about local animals,wildfires and seasonal changes in the area.Views were spectacular.Well worth it.

In Lake Louise my daughter left her walking boots on the bus. We were about to head off to Banff for a couple of days when we realized but no worries as Sundog arranged to have them delivered to our hotel in Banff. That’s just service above and beyond as far as I am concerned and I can’t thank them enough.
Great experience canyon walking. The weather was a little warm which affected the route we were able to take but the guides ensured they placed the safety of the group first. The track may have Bern a little different to what was expected but they ensured we had a fun time. Friendly and inclusive
