Driver was an hour late to pick me up. Got there in the end but it turned what should have been a breezey check in to a rushed one. Unfortunate as the experience I had coming the other way from the airport to Melacca was excellent.
Same day one accident at the highway, that's while little late.
Pick up was scheduled for 8 a.m. but the driver did not show up until 9 a.m. Yes, one hour late. I called a day before to reconfirm pick up time and place so thought all was in order! I made 3 calls to their office, each 15 minutes apart, and each time was told the driver would arrive in 5 minutes When the driver finally did arrive, he told me there was an accident on the highway and he had advised his office he would arrive late and they should advise me but obviously they did not tell me the truth. Shame on them

Our transfer from Melaka to KL was great. Our driver James was very communicative, keeping us posted (via WhatsApp) on his whereabouts as he drove to meet us. The vehicle was clean and he was very professional. Would 100% recommend.
