Dei cinque templi di Shiva in India del sud associati ai cinque elementi, questo recinto di 12 ettari è il santuario della terra. Le sue piccole dimensioni smentiscono la sua eccellente proporzione e la qualità suprema delle incisioni, molte ora erose in abbellimenti vagamente impressionisti. Costruito sotto il Narasimhavarman II nell'VIII secolo, è il più antico tempio di pietra indipendente nel Tamil Nadu.

They were very resourceful and made the trip fun! I thought it would be good if I wanted to travel around with peace of mind, such as traveling alone for the first time for women in India. Maybe some buses if we can get away.
