Magic Land Tour in Uzbekistan

This is my first time joining a private tour, originally due to the need of having a LOI for my visa, but then came out a fantastic experience, I can quickly use WhatsApp talking to the operator knowing how to book a opera ticket for my evening and my tour guide even helped me to pay and book the ticket. The trip can be fully customized, I later become friends with the driver , we had a lunch together at a wonderful scenic spot and he help me to take many photos. Each of the tour guides in different cities gave me wonderful introductions although I actually study a lot before joining the tour, the tour guide in Samarkand can even know Arabic and explain me what the 800 year Quran said that is amazing to me. At the very beginning I complained the hotel was too far from the scenic sites or city center but at the end I enjoyed to wander around and know more of the country and so I tried Hijama , Hammon , Bani and even have a chance to visit a local market to eat Glina. I would definitely recommend this tour organizer to anyone who has a plan to visit this ancient country to enjoy Silk Road.

My husband and I had a great time in Uzbekistan. The tour went exactly as planned and as promised. The guides were very knowledgeable, friendly, and answered all our questions. This is one of the best and most organized tour we had experience, travelling as a family. 1. Pick-up from Airport to the hotel 2. City tour in Tashkent, they made sure that it is comfortable for my 79-yr old. Wonderful lunch at the pilaf place. 3. Very organised pick up from our hotel to the train station towards Samarkand. They are worried about the passport checks because we left it at the hotel. They ensure that the guide has dropped us back to the train station (it was raining). Our guide in Samarkand said that they always take tours with Global Connect because they are very organised. 4. We had to extend 1night in Tashkent because of some flight issues. They immediately pick us from the airport and back to the hotel we stayed. Mr Anvar even helped us to talk to the airline's call center and translated the conversation for us. We are very lucky to see the very first heavy snowfall in Amirsoy Resort. It was a very wonderful experience for my mom and sister. I spent 12 days in Uzbekistan last month and honestly, it was one of the most visually stunning places I’ve ever been. We started in Tashkent, then moved to Khiva, Bukhara, Samarkand, and finally a relaxing day trip into the countryside. Each place felt like a new chapter in a living history book. The architecture is unreal — perfect for anyone into photography or culture. Golden hour in Samarkand’s Registan is a must! What I loved most was the slow pace. Our guides gave us time to explore, chat with locals, sip tea in peaceful courtyards, and just be in the moment. The food was homemade and hearty, and the people were some of the kindest I’ve met.
