Interesting facts, macabre details, and plenty of walking in this fascinating tour of the darker side of Madrid. Our tour guide was funny, knowledgeable, and extremely personable.
Very entertaining and educational—be ready to walk which at end of day could be a bit tiring. Wear walking shoes; bring water bottles; and energy. Guide was fun and funny. You will learn much.
Come with an adventurous attitude to enjoy the stories of old Madrid and the inquisition nine minute walk . Make sure to have good walking shoes, water, and perhaps an umbrella for shade.
Superb explanations, a small tour but sufficient to stretch the legs and learn a lot about the history of Madrid. I recommend. And above all, a superb guide who managed to engage us!
This was a super fun way to enjoy the streets of Madrid in the evening with an entertaining guide. Daniel was excellent and told great stories about the history of the Spanish Inquisition. Would highly recommend it to others!
One of the highlights from our trip to Madrid! Our guide Daniel did a fantastic job and really brought the stories to life. We got to see a lot of the main buildings and squares in Madrid while learning the history. Would definitely recommend and particularly at the beginning of your trip so you get understand the history while you tour Madrid more. Bonus that the night tour was at a great time out of the heat of the day.
I liked that it was not a morbid tour; on the contrary, it provided very good information. We passed through beautiful streets and places. Highly recommend!
Our guide Annada? was great. Very nice, informative, and easy to talk to. We walked around areas of Madrid that were quite special and it was easy to get back to the starting point/hotel/other places.
