Itinerario
Inizierai in una pasticceria storica per gustare una pasticceria stagionale. Seguita da una visita a una gastronomia di oltre 180 anni, qui assaggeremo due tipi di prosciutto iberico, formaggio manchego e olio extra vergine di oliva. Cenerai con un classico sandwich di calamari fritti, uno dei locali preferiti. Mangeremo un'eccezionale tapa e condivideremo una bottiglia di sidro spagnolo. Assaggia un vermouth con la tapa del giorno, uno dei preferiti dalla gente del posto. Termina il tour all'interno di un ristorante che si trova all'interno di un edificio del XVIII secolo con un pezzo di frittata spagnola e il piatto segreto che cambia ogni giorno.

Jorge was an excellent guide, providing some history and information about all the food along the way. The restaurants were varied and all the food (and drink!) was plentiful and delicious. I’ve been to Madrid many times, and I highly recommend this tour.

We really enjoyed our tour with Diego. He was very informative both about the city and the food, and gave us lots of interesting anecdotes. The food and drink choices were excellent - we particularly enjoyed the vermouth tasting and the charcuterie. The amount of walking and the time and distance between stops was perfect

Great food tour of Madrid. I learned all about Iberico ham, calamari and more. I was there with my husband and 2 kids and Jorge engaged my children the whole time. Highly recommend!
