We booked tour a little over an hour before start. We waited in the rain at the designated area and called and texted when no one showed up. Finally got a text 15 minutes after pick up time that they canceled the tour because not enough people booked it. Ruined our night. I do not recommend. Terrible communication.
We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed, and we never want anyone to feel like their night was impacted. That said, we do want to clarify that all bookings must be confirmed by our team before they are considered scheduled. This is clearly stated in our listing, along with the requirement for a minimum number of guests for each tour to operate. Your request was made less than an hour before the scheduled start time, and unfortunately, without confirmation and sufficient time to meet the minimum and coordinate a driver, the tour was not able to run. For last-minute requests like this, we specifically ask guests to call us directly to confirm availability in real time, which is also noted in our listing to help avoid situations like this. We understand it was frustrating, especially given the weather, and we do apologize for the inconvenience.
Regis is a fantastic guide. This is a unique experience to people watch and get a feel for downtown Nashville. It’s like being in a table at a restaurant relaxing as you sight see. Unique vehicle and experience. Would definitely do again with friends and family on our next visit to Nashvilike!
