Opzioni del tour
Itinerario
Hollywood Swing Viewpoint, Wallenstein.

It was a fabulous, relaxing day. Sèrge was very knowledgeable and a wonderful guide. The drive was comfortable and it was nice to be in an air conditioned car during the heatwave. We got to see parts of the country we would have otherwise missed and had some delightful wines along the way.
Thank you, Lynette — this is lovely to read. The Moselle rewards a slower pace, so I'm glad the day felt relaxed rather than rushed, and that the air-conditioned car earned its keep in that heat. Seeing the quieter corners of the country alongside Beaufort Castle and a few good local wines is rather the point of it all. It was a pleasure guiding you — you'd be welcome back any time.
My partner and I did this private tour and honestly, it was so much better than we expected. We were so grateful for the experience and wanted to write a review about the experience. We’ve been traveling all over Europe (UK, Portugal, Czech Republic, Austria, Spain, Hungary, Croatia, Malta, Germany, Belgium, etc.) and this private tour really stood out, it’s definitely one of the best experiences we’ve had so far! Our guide, Serge, drove us in his super comfy SUV and the whole ride was just smooth and relaxing. He was really great at explaining things, and he made sure we were comfortable throughout the entire tour. Starting in Schengen was super cool!! we basically visited three countries in one go. After that, the drive through the Moselle Valley was insane. Even in winter, the scenery was straight-up gorgeous. There were moments where I literally felt like I was in a movie with the fog, the vineyards, the sun… all of it. And the grapevines? Stunning. We really enjoyed the scenery and took so many lovely photos. While on the road, we even saw France’s nuclear plant from afar. It looked so cool, like giant cloud-making factories. Actually even the car ride felt like we were in a car commercial riding in a country road, it had such a classy vibe. The winery stop was cozy and not touristy at all, and ending at the Beaufort Castle Ruins was such a vibe. We could wander around, take photos, and just enjoy the place without rushing. What I really loved was having the private tour…. no big groups, no stress, just us experiencing real Luxembourg and even its neighboring areas. It felt super personal and relaxed. I realized how important it was doing a private tour, it really enhanced our experience and made our trip to Luxembourg so much more memorable. Overall, an amazing experience. Comfortable ride, fantastic views, and Serge made the whole thing feel special. Even in winter, totally worth it. Would 100% recommend this tour. Definitely the highlight of our trip in Luxembourg!!!
Thank you for the wonderful review — I’m really glad the tour became a highlight of your trip. Winter Moselle has a special charm, and it’s great you enjoyed the scenery, the winery, and Beaufort Castle at your own pace. It was a pleasure guiding you both. Safe travels, and you’re always welcome back in Luxembourg!
I enjoyed this tour. Schengen was way more interesting than I expected - cool to stand where the EU agreement was actually signed. The Moselle valley is beautiful, and the wine tasting was honestly excellent. Beaufort Castle was my favourite part: proper medieval ruins, not some polished museum. Our guide made everything easy and relaxed. Great day out, totally worth it.
Thank you for your review. I’m glad Schengen surprised you and that you enjoyed the Moselle scenery and wine tasting. Beaufort’s raw medieval character is exactly why it’s such a highlight. It was a pleasure guiding you — I’m glad the day felt relaxed and worthwhile.
It was very interesting and not exhausting! Usually, historical tours just push as much as possible information into you, but not this time. Great museum with interactive spots gave me better understanding of the current state of things in the world. And through the whole trip it was so much beauty everywhere, even in this cold season, that I was really impressed. The valley is incredible for sure Wine lovers will also appreciate the delicious experience and won’t come back empty handed Thank you for this great time!
Thank you for your kind words. I’m glad the tour felt engaging without being overwhelming — that balance matters. The valley has its own quiet beauty, even in colder seasons, and I’m pleased you enjoyed both the museum and the wine experience. It was a pleasure guiding you.
