Natalia was amazing! She drove us from London to Southampton via Stonehedge. She stayed in constant touch with us so we knew where we needed to meet her, where she would be waiting for us and the best part, we just had a really fun conversation the whole drive down. If I ever have the chance to come back to London, I hope to get her again!!

Great stress free way to get to Southampton! Driver was very nice, and offered to stop if we needed anything. Stonehenge was awesome but very crowded, and he didn’t rush us at all.

Great way to make our way to the cruise ship terminal. Pick up was from the front door of our accommodation. Great communication with driver. Ample time at Stonehenge and drop off was right at the terminal for the cruise ship. Recommend it

Dispatch gave the driver the wrong address of the hotel which delayed our driver by 30 minutes. Communication between the driver and myself was excellent. This was how we determined she was given the wrong pickup address. The driver did her best to make up the time on our way to Stonehenge. The vehicle was clean and accommodated 4 adults, 4 large and four carryon luggage bags as well as 4 personal bags. In the end we arrived at the Southampton Cruise port in sufficient time to board our ship.

First of all the Advertisement was very misleading, showing all Mercedes vehicles. Instead for $477.50 the driver showed up dressed in jeans and sweatshirt driving a small 4 seater car that barely fit our 2 carry on bags and 2 backpacks. It was a terrible and very uncomfortable ride from London to Stonehenge and from Stonehenge to Southampton. ( 3 hrs). Not to mention the driver was receiving text messages about every 30-60 seconds. We use Viatour all the time all through Europe and Canada and never encountered a more disappointing experience. We do not recommend this to anyone.

On this occasion, we provided a larger MPV vehicle at no additional cost, offering more space than the category originally reserved. Regarding the journey duration, the estimated travel time of around 3 hours refers to driving time without traffic. As clearly stated in the product description, this experience includes a 75-minute stop at Stonehenge, and the total duration of the trip can take up to approximately 4.5 hours, depending on traffic conditions on the day. We always aim to provide a reliable and comfortable service, and for clients who prefer a higher-end experience, our Executive and Luxury options include professionally presented chauffeurs and premium vehicles. Such an easy smooth connection from Heathrow to Southampton! Our driver communicated with us as soon as we landed via text Then we connected as soon as we had our bags which he insisted on taking from us all the way to the car. We arranged for a stop at Stonehenge. We had 1.5 hrs there which was just right. Then he dropped us at our hotel near the port. Perfect and a fair cost.
