Couldn't recommend EC Minibus more. The service is a little pricey, but it was comparable to the other companies I checked with and, after using them, I thought it was well worth it. We had two adults, two older teens, a 10-year-old, five suitcases, and backpacks, and we had plenty of room. The vehicle was comfortable, and our driver was very friendly and accommodating. He arrived essentially right on time, helped us with all of our bags, and had water waiting for us. Once we were on the road, he told us what time we'd arrive in Southampton, which was well ahead of when we needed to be there. He even offered to stop somewhere along the way so we could grab breakfast. He was also a very safe driver, which is always appreciated when traveling with the family. Overall, the entire experience was very professional, and I really don't have any complaints. My only suggestion would be a little more communication leading up to the reservation. I booked in late May for an August trip and received my confirmation immediately, but there wasn't any additional follow-up as the date got closer. A quick confirmation a few days before the trip, similar to what Blacklane does, would be a nice touch and give you a little extra peace of mind when booking transportation months in advance. Other than that, excellent experience and I would absolutely use EC Minibus again.
Communication with Emmanuel was good and he was very attentive to all my inquiries. Driver was courteous and arrives on time. The ride from London to Southampton cruise port was comfortable and we arrived ahead of schedule. Would highly recommend.

Traveled in a group of 17 for roundtrip transfers between London and Southampton, then from London to Heathrow. Excellent in all areas--including reservation process, communication, price, pickups and drop-offs, loading and unloading, the vehicles, the actual drives, and our friendly driver (Wendell) for all 3 trips. I was in charge of booking the transportation, and trying to make sure everyone was comfortable with price and travel was an important undertaking. I really appreciate not having to be stressed out over this part of our journey; it means a lot. Thank you, EC and Wendell, for providing comfort, safety, and fun tourist info during our European adventure!
This was a round-trip pickup from London to the cruise terminal in Southampton and back to LHR for a family cruise. The van seated my entire 7 member group and our luggage comfortably. We arrived at the terminal and the airport early. I'll definitely book again with EC Minibus the next time I travel to London!
We hired EC Minibus on two occasions. Once to transport us from Heathrow to our London hotel and then a few days later to drive us from London to our Southampton cruise pier. On both occasions the drivers arrived on time, were friendly and courteous, and had a clean comfortable vehicle.
The port was easy to navigate through, luggage was quick to get and then exit . Our driver was able to park and get to us with ease.
Excellent driver, on time, nice car, got us there in no time. Will do this again with them. Works great!!!!
Got in touch with EC Minibus in May 2022. Paid them using my American Express Platinum card on May 30, 2022. Had arranged to be picked up at our downtown hotel and transported to Southampton Cruise terminals. THEY WERE LATE - VERY LATE. I, as well as our concierge at the hotel, constantly contacted them every few minutes. Finally, when the non English speaking driver showed up, I and the hotel concierge yelled at him about being late and risking us missing our cruise. We had a 14 day Norway, Iceland cruise with two separate rooms reserved. I got a Text from owner/manager that I had dealt with earlier stating in NO uncertain terms that: (I, of course still have the text) If I said anything to the driver or even talked to him, he was told to stop and drop us off on the side of the motorway. So, the threat of dropping off a 70 year old man, his 68 year old wife and their 30 year old Downs Syndrome boy seems pretty harsh The driver kept telling us something we did not understand. Finally, he pulled off the motorway and said he had to "pee pee". He spent more than enough time to eat while we sat in his car. We counted down the minutes - risking tens of thousands of non refundable money. We pulled up within minutes to board and had to all run thru the terminal. I can understand some of this behavior, but directing his driver to DROP US OFF ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD seems horrendous to threaten. I would stay away from this shoddy, out of control company.
Thank you for leaving your feedback, after considering all the facts and speaking to the driver and checking our messages, I can confirm that the driver was 20 minutes late in picking you up due to a major incident that happened on the way to your pick up address and at all times we were in communication with you and the hotel. And he did drop you off safely to your final destination. I can confirm that the text message was sent, but you did forget to mention that you racially attacked the driver when he arrived at the hotel as the operator was on the phone to the driver when he arrived at the pick up address, we did speak to the driver and he advises that he was happy to continue with the journey, but we felt it was on fair on him to be racially attacked therefore the message was sent, the driver is an African descendant and it was not fair on the driver to be racially attacked when he arrived at the pick up address, I understand that he was 20 minutes late but there was no need for your actions. We take the safety of our clients and drivers very seriously and we were always tried to provide the best service possible. If you are reading this message please look at our other reviews as this was a one off incident that we wish this never happens again.
