We had a wonderful boat trip and I can highly recommend it! The ship was in excellent condition – very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The crew was professional and friendly, and our guide was really well-prepared. He told many interesting facts and stories about the places we passed, which made the tour much more enjoyable. The bar on deck was a nice bonus – they serve really good hot chocolate, perfect for a cruise. Prices on board were reasonable and comparable to those in Glasgow or Edinburgh. We were lucky with the weather, but I would definitely advise being prepared for any conditions (bring a jacket or raincoat just in case). Overall, a very pleasant experience. Thank you! Easy booking online. TA didn’t let me book for the next 2 days’ slots but you can directly on their own site if you’re going on shorter notice. Very well signposted which was reassuring even though our satnav took us exactly to the site. Plenty of free parking, and the waiting area next to the boats had some benches and a nice grassy area. Very clean boat and friendly staff. The commentator wasn’t talking for 2 hours, they point out the features we passed plus some general history then let us enjoy the peace of the loch. The Costa coffee onboard is a bit meh, suggest you get supplies from the cafe before you board instead. Definitely worth a detour, it was a lovely experience out in the sunshine!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves on this two-hour tour. The narrator was exceptional both amusing and descriptive. The crew was fast, courteous and exceptionally professional. It was an absolute pleasure! Highly recommend!

The cruise was great. Two hours felt like a good length of time - really relaxed. And it felt decent value for money for that length of trip. The boat is well appointed and comfortable. The views are spectacular, and the tour guide explains them really well. It is interesting and it is entertaining too. All of the crew were friendly and attentive. We were fortunate to be doing the trip on a really clear day, but they are obviously also well set for bad weather too. And there’s no such thing as bad weather in Scotland - just the wrong clothes :-).

We absolutely loved our cruise! Especially the Scottish hospitality from check-in, The Gift Shop to the end was top-notch. They even tried to call a taxi for us back to our hotel. But they were not available at that time frame. Second option they offered the city bus that pulls right into the parking lot. Not a long wait. Beautiful place. I would definitely recommend this tour.

Booked this at the venue the day before we went as they had sold out on the day (I would book in advance) Lovely place to start with Highlands Cows in the field, a shop, ice cream parlour and cafe The cruise was fantastic, great commentary on the way but not overloaded! We were very lucky with the weather and sat outside. View of Urqhart Castje was amazing and we dropped off and picked up there. During the process we managed to get even better seating at the front of boat We took out Labrador who had plenty of room and enjoyed it as well. Bar on board was added bonus This trip was worth every penny and very relaxing A great way to see Loch Ness

We had a great time on this cruise. The commentary was very informative and who doesn't enjoy a few hours out on the water. I highly recommend this tour.
