Cannot rate our trip highly enough. My Mum is 86 and a lifelong LFC fan. Born in the City in 1940, and was moved to Kent by her parents in 1950. Her health isn’t great now and my husband and I wanted to take her home and back to her beloved Anfield one more time. The staff on the stadium tour were absolutely fantastic. From the second we got there, nothing was too much trouble. They were so accommodating to Mum as a wheelchair user, and took so much time and effort to talk her through the stadium and listen to her stories of visiting Anfield of old. Thank you all for helping us make some beautiful memories.
It was brilliant it was so nice and clean and was just beautiful
We had booked the Liverpool tour and museum as part of our son's birthday celebrations. Our eldest son is autistic and, on the day, became unsure about whether he wanted to take part. John noticed this, approached us, introduced himself, and immediately went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable. He gave both boys a lovely goodie bag, including a Liverpool scarf, bottle and wall plaque, and reassured us that we didn’t have to join the tour as part of the larger group. John kindly took us through separately using the lift, showed the boys how to use the audio equipment, and made sure we were completely comfortable and settled before leaving us to enjoy the experience at our own pace. If it hadn’t been for John’s kindness, patience and understanding, our son probably wouldn’t have taken part at all. His approach made such a difference to him and allowed him to enjoy an experience we weren’t sure he would manage. The staff throughout the whole tour were incredibly friendly, welcoming and engaging with the boys at every opportunity. It was clear that they genuinely cared about making the experience enjoyable for everyone. A massive thank you to John and the whole team for going above and beyond.
Fantastic experience, always wanted to go, an im really glad I did, hosts were fantastic guiding us through as well.
Great experience with the Abseil when we entered LFC which my son and I thoroughly enjoyed. The team was supportive in every way especially when we talk about safety standards to the highest level which brought a lot of comfort to me since my son was accompanying me. Steph who supported my son throughout his experience with the Abseil was terrific and appreciated her care towards my son keeping him safe at all times since I was on the other side. Big thank you to everyone at LFC who were all kind and warm upon our arrival
Well organised, great Guides and great fun. Definitely worth a visit. Excellent value
Amazing Tour - we both loved it. We had travelled to Liverpool for a pre-season friendly and then went back the next day to do this Tour - amazing. This is a great mix of technology and local informative guides. We had a great audio / video technology to listen to or watch at various stops throughout the Stadium supported by a large number of guides dotted around who were happy to chat and add information, answer questions or just chat - a brilliant mix. The Tour lets you set your own pace so not locked into a ‘group’ and we were sometimes in a large group and at other times just the two of us. We were in the away dressing room on with just one of the guides and he was great and gave us a bit of chat and colour. The Tour takes you right through the Stadium - Hallways and History, Dressing Rooms, Player Dining, Interview Room, Tunnel , Pitchside at the Dugouts and into the Kop. The Museum is separate but also brilliant with lots to see and read about. Great Stadium, Brilliant Tour !
I did the tour Aug 2, 2026 , the tour as they say in the USA it was totally awesome. I have not been to Anfield for a number of years and the improvements that have been made are superb !! Getting back to the tour it was just brilliant, the staff were so friendly and helpful , due to a number of operations on my hips , knees etc I don't walk as good as I used to and the first staff member of the tour noticed me right away and insisted I take the lifts to all the different levels , man talk about being on the ball!!! Everything is well laid out for the visitors ,the dressing rooms, the press rooms etc and there is no one rushing you out or anything like that . To finish up , the Tour is well worth a visit , the staff are not only a credit to Liverpool Football club but to the city of Liverpool . Shanks , Bob , Ray Clemence, Kevin Keegan etc I have no doubt would 100% approve and be so proud !
Hi My wife and I went on the stadium tour on 10th August 2026,booked through Booking.com. I have supported L.F.C all my life(over 65 years) and was really looking forward to tour. I must admit it was NOT a pleasant experience: 1) I know the children were off school but it felt like there were herds of people piled in on each individual tour. 2)There was must have been over 50 people in the dressing room the guy even stopped us and said its the kids you will have to wait even longer (to which we give in and moved on) 3)Could not get near the Anfield sign to pitch(same as above) 4)The head set we were given had no volume ! we we going to different parts of stadium and the sounds that were in stadium drowned the commentary on headset out! 5)We just felt totally hurried and apart from sitting on Kop and dugout it was not enjoyable for the money I paid. I'm sorry but for what we expected it was not worth over £45 pound I paid. And sadly will not be recommending it while school holidays on. Got a reply from L.F.C staff and they said sorry...ohhhhhh dear...maybe i should write to Amazon!!!
Really good afternoon out. We were allowed to look around the stadium at our own pace but there was lots of help there if you needed it
