This is a helpful tour experience which gives background information about lucha libre in addition to some fun group activities before heading to the arena. Would recommend highly!

Amazing experience at Arena México! 🤼♂️ The energy from the crowd, colorful masks, high-flying moves, and nonstop action made the lucha libre event so much fun. Even if you’re not a wrestling fan, it’s definitely an experience worth having in Mexico City. 🇲🇽
First time experiencing this and loved it. As a foreigner they really relayed how much the Mexicans love this. It was simply a wonderful time. If you’re someone who can’t be in large crowds I’d think twice but otherwise everyone try this!!! Also, buy a mask 🙂

We met an hour prior to the show at what looks like a restaurant for drinks and guacamole/chips. There, you can buy masks and our tour guy gave us history about lucha libre. From there, we walked as a group to the arena. Be aware that they do not allow any fluids and snacks into the arena. It will be thrown out! The show was amazing! We had amazing seats. Definitely a must when in Mexico City.

We really enjoyed this tour! It was my wife’s birthday, and our guides surprised her with a shot of tequila. Lucha libre is such a unique experience—we couldn’t stop screaming and cheering. Just go and experience it!
Great tour guide, the walk to the arena itself was about 10 minutes from the restaurant. The event itself was great also.
If you haven’t been, just go once for the experience! Thats it. Would I do it again… maybe not! But worth the one time experience.
