Litchfield National Park e Jumping Crocodile Cruise

booked through another booking agency/tour company, and ONLY found out the tour had been cancelled 7 day prior, when I rang the company to ask a clarifying question...although our payment was still accepted!!!! We quickly booked through Trip Advisor/Litchfield Experiences, and within 10 minites I received a call from the lovely Leanne, telling me she had received the booking, that the tour WAS going ahead, advising me of the 'early' pick up time, as well as what we should bring! Anyhous 😉 On the day of our tour we were picked up by our driver, tour guide, comedian, crocodile whisper and flora and fauna expert Dammo, ON TIME! I am a time freak, so appreciated Dammo's time discipline that he adhered to for the whole day! Then our small group were on our way! It wasnt long into the trip that Dammo's character, and Top End sense of humour were apparent, so BRING YOUR SENSE OF HUMOUR with you!!! Our crocodile experience was FANTASTIC! Dammo gave us some up close and personal experiences with both female and male crocodiles, having them all come close to the boat as well as leaping out of the water, including the two massive males, Dominator and Brutus! INCREDIBLE! We then travelled to Litchfield National Park where again Dammo shared his extensive knowledge of the flora and fauna, as well as adding many other interesting facts and stories! We stopped and swam at three waterholes, with each offering its own unique, but enjoyable attributes! A MUST see and do!! We also stopped to look at a massive Cathedral Termite mound! However, on the way Dammo provided us with a comprehensive and interesting explanation of the different types of termite mounds, including the Cathedral, Magnetic and I think one other, their occupants and other individual attributes!! My wife and I had an incredible day, and the early start was well worth it! We will not only be talking about this wonderful adventure for many years to come, but also recommending Litchfield Experience to who ever we can! Thank you to Leanne for your timely and very much appreciated phone call! And of course thank you Dammo! Your knowledge of your craft, you sense of humour and ensuring EVERYONE on your tour gets the VERY BEST Experience possible, is to be applauded! You obviously love what you do! And I certainly appreciated your adherance to time management!! A GREAT EXPERIENCE!

We had an amazing day exploring Litchfield National Park and experiencing the Jumping Crocodile Cruise! The waterfalls and natural scenery at Litchfield were absolutely beautiful, and the jumping crocodile cruise was exciting and unforgettable. Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable and made the whole day enjoyable. It was a fantastic experience and a great way to see some of the Northern Territory’s incredible wildlife and landscapes. Highly recommended!

We had the most wonderful experience! Dylan was an absolutely fantastic tour guide—knowledgeable, friendly and entertaining. He kept us laughing and engaged throughout the entire day and made the tour truly memorable. We couldn’t recommend him highly enough!

My wife and I went on this tour on 21/7/26. Multi-talented Damo was our super driver, guide, entertainer and cook. The tour was top notch, excellent value and is a must to do in Darwin. However, I am here particularly to tell how helpful Damo was. I got lost returning from the Florence Falls and was late for bus pick up. Without inconveniencing the others, Damo dropped them at the next falls and came back to pick me. After arriving at the hotel, I found out that my phone was missing. Damo located the phone in the bus and promptly returned it to me.

Amazing experience! You got a perfect amount of time at each stop and the whole tour was very well organised. Our tour guide was amazing and kept us entertained the whole time while giving us a wide range of facts about all the different locations and animals seen on the trip! Would highly recommend. :)

Amazing experience, Damo’s knowledge of the local area and story telling, made the day perfect! The crocs, Brutus and Domintor showed off their power, in their natural and beautiful setting. Litchfield National Park water holes were beautiful to swim in. Because of the early start, it was a lovely sunrise to watch. Lunch was so filling, with morning tea and afternoon a perfect spot filler. From the Yee’s to Damo we thank you again and again for willingly sharing you local knowledge with such passion. It has made us want to come back and explore more of Darwin!!!

Damo was an amazing guide and my adult son and I loved every minute of the tour. It exceeded our expectations in every way. And Damo most definitely had a sense of humour which made it even more enjoyable. Thank you for making my father and son trip to Darwin so memorable!
