Lisbona : Tapas & Drink con Fado Live Performance

This was the best experience of our European trip! The building is gorgeous inside, even if it doesn’t look like much from the outside. It is intimate, so there isn’t a bad seat in the house. They seat you at community tables and we loved getting to know the travelers around us. Come hungry; I think we tried about 20 Portuguese tapas dishes and there was more food than we could possibly eat. The unlimited beer and wine was delicious and flowing as well. The staff were very nice and constantly around if you need anything. There were 3 fado singers that rotated through during the 4 sets, so you got to see different takes and styles of fado. All were excellent and the emotions were incredibly moving. I’m recommending this to all our friends and family who travel to Lisbon! Great value and experience.

The site was very difficult to find, the street very poorly lit, and there was no business around. The employee at the door had a terrible attitude, he didn't help people find the place. I arrived 15 minutes before the event, he asked me not to come back for 20 minutes. I quit because I didn't feel safe. I was followed on the way home. I wrote that same evening to Viator customer service, the agent spoke to the local agency and confirmed that I would be refunded. The next day I receive an email from Viator that the application is refused and the local agency refuses the refund. Avoid at all costs for your safety!

This is a great way to taste very authentic Portuguese food while listening to their native music. Band was very good, singer had the voice of an angel. The location is a bit tricky on a very narrow uphill street. Take a taxi, you will never get there on public transport unless you are from Lisbon.

Very exciting experience, great and plentiful food in a very suggestive location. Super recommended!

Truly enjoyed our evening! The venue had great acoustics and the fado singers were excellent. So many great Portuguese tapas from time we arrived and continuing between each segment...we left feeling very satisfied.

Wow! Quite the amazing experience. Great entertainment, amazing and so much Portuguese food all while meeting great people from all over the world.

The music and venue was good but the food and service were average. The male waiters were friendly and smiley but the lady didn’t smile once. No one cleared our table. Half our group left early. No one spoke about the fada show or explained the food or format of the evening. The food was very average and put on the table with no explanation of what it was. The salty bean and cabbage soup was disgusting. The best dishes came out after most of our group had left and everyone was full. The wine was served in jugs full of mold. All in all a very average evening in our opinion that i wouldn’t recommend.
