Amazing tour and tour guide with great knowledge and some of the best slot canyons you can see. Very accommodating.
Super cool hike we ended up doing deer canyon which was a moderate hike with tight spaces and ladders but worth the amazing views. The guide was super knowledgeable and friendly.
We had a great time with our Navajo guide Cory who drove us to Deer Canyon, while having a very insightful conversation about Navajo culture and history, the area and surrounding slot canyons. We were the only ones in the canyon, which is gorgeous and much less commercial than other slot canyons in the area..a great private tour, will definitely recommend to anyone!
Wonderful!! Staff were kind and accommodating. I would book more tours with this tour company. It was an awesome experience.
While on the way to our tour, I was confused by the time change and was afraid that my daughter and I were going to miss our tour. I sent a message asking if they allowed rescheduled, and the team was replied in minutes to say that we could and to give them a call. I called and spoke with Louise, one of the owners. She was super kind and helpful. Come to find out that they don't acknowledge Daylight savings time. Once she said that, my anxiety went away. We made it there on time. We were greeted immediately upon arrival. I was provided with information before our tour. Our guide was John. John was kind, knowledgeable about the entire area, and just as handsome as he could be. He made our day trip to the canyon more adventurous. Including other areas to stop by before going back to Phoenix. John also took a few pictures for us. Once the tour ended, Ms. Louise also suggested some areas for us. She was even considerable about my fear for heights. If you want a memory to share with your friends & family, I recommend you book with them.
We had an amazing time on this tour. We just happened to be the only 2 people on the tour the day we booked (our guide said the day before had been very busy because the lower canyons were closed due to rain). Our guide gave us lots of information about the area and history on the van ride and walking through the canyon. She was very knowledgeable, thoughtful, and showed us some iPhone tricks to take nice photos. Awesome tour- we would do it again!
Our slot canyon tour was truly an unforgettable experience, and our guide, John, made all the difference. From the very beginning, he was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly kind. He answered every question we had; not only about the canyon itself, but also about life on the reservation. Since this was our first time visiting a Native American reservation, we were very curious, and John, who is Navajo himself, openly and thoughtfully shared his experiences and culture with us, which made the tour even more meaningful. We were traveling with two 3-year-olds and a 15-month-old, and several of us were honestly nervous and afraid of heights, especially when it came to climbing the ladders. John constantly reassured us, reminded us about the “3 points of contact,” and made us feel safe and supported throughout the entire hike. He never rushed us, encouraged us to take our time, and was especially patient with our family and little ones. The canyon itself was breathtaking, and we were able to take incredible photos that we’ll treasure forever. Even though we were scared at times, we left feeling so proud of ourselves for pushing through and completing the tour. It was equal parts thrilling, beautiful, educational, and empowering. We’re so grateful to John for making this such a positive and memorable experience.
It was such a natural experience from beginning to end, different from the typical tourist style experience. Our tour guide Joanne was lovely, very personable and knowledge, having grown up on the reservation where the Antelope Canyon is situated.
Not for claustrophobic people Sometimes very narrow But good to accomplish We had e very nice guide, Alicia
Wally was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Access to the slot Canyon was provided by a four-wheel-drive vehicle going into the desert. Getting down into the slot canyon was also easy, as they built stairs with handrails to access the canyon. The canyon was absolutely gorgeous and Wally was a great photographer. Very memorable! Totally different than the five Utah national parks that we just visited.
