Sarai accolto al tuo hotel dalla tua guida privata e ti dirigerai alla base del monte Corcovado in auto, passando per le spiagge di Rio e la laguna Rodrigo de Freitas lungo la strada.
Raggiungendo il distretto di Cosme Velho, prendi un treno a cremagliera svizzero unico che scala la montagna dalla sua base fino quasi alla vetta. La cima si raggiunge salendo una rampa di scale per arrivare all'iconica statua del Cristo Redentore. La vista, da questo punto di osservazione, con la circostante foresta nazionale di Tijuca che si estende al di sotto e un cerchio di montagne che chiude l'orizzonte sul retro della baia di Guanabara è davvero spettacolare. Dopo un po 'di tempo per passeggiare e scattare foto, torniamo indietro.
Ci dirigiamo quindi verso il quartiere bohémien di Santa Teresa, sede di una collezione di boutique e gallerie locali. L'incantevole zona di Santa Teresa dispone anche di molti bar e ristoranti alla moda che offrono diverse opzioni di snack e piatti, per non parlare dei suoi panorami mozzafiato. Da non perdere!
Da Santa Teresa a Lapa, c'è la famosa scalinata Selaron, una scalinata decorata con piastrelle colorate. Conosciuta per la sua energica atmosfera bohémien, "Lapa" è la zona più vivace della città di giorno e di notte.
Poi cammineremo attraverso il centro di Rio attraverso alcune delle zone turistiche più interessanti, catturando attrazioni e cultura fino a piazza Mauá. La passeggiata attraversa attrazioni storiche, molti bar e ristoranti, arrivando a piazza Mauá dove tutte le tribù e le persone si riuniscono.
La piazza Mauá combina bellezza, sicurezza, stile e tanta cultura da respirare ammirando lo splendore del "Museo del domani". Ottieni informazioni storiche, ma in un modo divertente che non hai mai sperimentato altrove!
Saliremo quindi sul Pan di Zucchero. Una serie di due funivie ti porterà in cima al Pan di Zucchero. In cima, ancora una volta alcuni dei panorami più mozzafiato di Rio, questa volta da un punto di vista diverso rispetto al Corcovado. Dopodiché, i turisti potrebbero voler pranzare in un ristorante steakhouse molto carino "a buffet a volontà" (non incluso).
Il più importante tempio del calcio brasiliano. Palcoscenico di importanti fatti ed eventi del calcio brasiliano come i Mondiali di calcio del 1950 e 2014 e il millesimo gol segnato del calcio del re Pelé, nel 1969. Dopodiché, i turisti potrebbero voler pranzare in un ristorante steakhouse molto carino "a buffet a volontà" (non incluso).
Spiaggia che ha ispirato la composizione della famosa canzone "Ipanema Girl" Bella spiaggia che merita tutta la fama e l'ammirazione.
Passeremo anche da diversi punti di interesse lungo il percorso, tra cui le spiagge di Copacabana e Ipanema, lo stadio Maracanã (esterno) e altri luoghi d'interesse. Dopo l'escursione verrai riportato al tuo hotel e lasciato, dove avrai il pomeriggio libero.

Our guide Sergio was more than fantastic. He was punctual, attentive, spoke very good English and very personable. He texted us via WhatsApp the day before the tour to confirm the time and pick-up. Along the tour he kept us informed of the history behind the sights we were about to visit and various other nuggets of information about the city. David, my guide, was wonderful. He went above and beyond to make the most of my tour and experience to another level. He was mindful of my needs as LGBTQ person. It was our first time in Rio and we wanted a good understanding of the local culture beyond the fun beaches. The private tour was well organized and gave us a great opportunity to customize for things we wanted to see. Take a look at what's included and work with the guide to make it your own! We found we needed 6 hours to cover our favorites. I also suggest starting a little after rush hour to make it easier to get around town. (10 am for example). Our guide, Sergio, was very knowledgeable of the history, cool neighborhoods, food and art of the area. He gave us his experience of the local gay culture as well. We had a great time and really high recommend Sergio and the tour!
