Posizione comoda e facile proprio sull'acqua, portiamo le barche direttamente in acqua e ci assicuriamo che siate completamente attrezzati prima di lanciarvi. Durante il noleggio potrete ammirare viste mozzafiato del centro di Austin dal lago, l'iconico ponte dei pipistrelli di Congress Avenue e la possibilità di immergervi nella fauna selvatica circostante. Davvero un'esperienza indimenticabile.

No one showed up to gives us kayaks. I had to rent a paddle board for me and my partner for his birthday from another company. Won’t purchase again.
The website, tickets, and support chat gave us 3 different locations for our class. We tried calling multiple times and nobody answered. Spent an hour driving around and checking ALL THREE LOCATIONS. Nobody was present at any of them. Couldn't reschedule. Couldn't get a refund. Complete waste of 60 bucks. I'm sure it would've been fun if they had correct and consistent information... or someone there to answer the phone at 10am on a Wednesday. I'd share pictures, but all I really "experienced" was frustration and disappointment. On a positive note, I'm considering asking them to be paul bearers at my funeral given their flawless ability to let me down.
They wouldn't answer their phoneor the message through Viator for 48 hours. They didn't open until noon. I tried to reschedule because of rain and they were inflexible Beyond 24 hours. They basically just took my money. I was glad it was only for $30
The host was absolutely knowledgeable and interesting to talk with. He was on time and very responsive to our messages. His kayaking equipment was in great shape and everything was provided for our adventure. Absolutely would recommend this to everyone!!
Easy and seamless experience! My group and I showed up at the lake, and everything was ready for us. The equipment was great quality, and the staff was very easy to work with. I would definitely rent from here again!
When you’re on vacation you have selected activities and a schedule to go by. We reserved kayaking activity yesterday morning around 9:30 am for a 12 pm -2pm reservation. As preparing to leave I received a text from the instructor at 11:08 am to tell us our reservation has been moved to a later time (2pm-4pm)due to a lack of bookings. Sounded like not enough reservations.Wow . Of course that was unacceptable because there were other activities already planned for that time frame. I immediately sent an email to cancel and to return all monies. It was cancelled but still awaiting refund.
Tried for the first time - had unforgettable 2 hours experience.
It was amazing. The other people in the 2:00 group we went out with all had fun. Going down to the bridge was so much fun. The Austin skyline is beautiful!
SCAM! Do not purchase!!! Drove one hour and the guy didn’t even show up. Tried to call him twice. The guy never called us back!! Fortunately Ladybird Lake rentals was right there by the boat ramp. Highly recommend them!!
Terrible, Drove 2 hours just for them to cancel 30 minutes before our time slot because it was hot. it’s as hot as any other day they should’ve gave us an earlier notice. We went to Rowing Dock and Highly recommend them!!
