Lezione di surf di Kona a Kahaluu

It was terrible, paid two hours for two kids and the instructor didn't do much teaching. See full google review. Also finding the shoes took way too long. Apparently a total of 30 minutes of that two hours is "debriefing". Most people would prefer just learning the entire two hours instead of talking because we are not going to surf again and only doing this for novelty. Also, he took the kids out after less than one hour because he claimed they were "cold". Yeah, not great.

This was a great experience for our 12 year old granddaughter…. Paddling the larger board was a challenge as she is short and short arms but she got up and loved it. Recommend the semi group class for personal attention

These guys were incredible! Both me and my son got up multiple times! The boys were so kind and accommodating! Celebrating my son’s 12 birthday! They made the day so special for him!

I booked this for my two teen boys, 15 and 17. This was their first time surfing and I was a little nervous. The instructors put me at ease and I really appreciate their attentiveness and patience. They made sure everyone was safe. My boys loved it. Instructions s sent to get to meeting point were accurate.

The tandem surf lesson was great for my 8yo. The instructor made the lesson and experience very fun and memorable. The older kids enjoyed the group lesson as well. If someone is inexperienced I’d recommend going with the private. The instructors were very helpful and the scenery and beach was awesome!

Overall great experience and great price! We had three surfers and they had blast. I would highly recommend.

What a fun morning! Surf lessons are in a small group of four, but with our family of three there wasn’t another person. We ended up with two instructors. One worked with our 11-year-old the whole time and the other with me and my husband. So it was practically a private lesson! The instructors were laid back in a way that made it seem fun and not stressful, and they are there to make sure you catch a wave!! So tiring and fun.

My children had a great time. Max, Colbie, Whistler were really patient and phenomenal! Thank you guys! Great surf spot, great weather and water.

Very clear directions on location prior, and our 4 teens had a blast! All had never surfed before and all were successful multiple times - stayed up on board for a long time! Recommend!

Carl was an amazing instructor with the kids. It was the first time they ever they surfed and looked like pros at the end of the lesson. Clear communication on what to expect and where to meet the day of the lesson was great. If looking for surf lessons, I would definitely recommend O'Hana surf lessons in Kona.
