We came this Sunday with my brother for this small-group class, incredible 😁😁 Flore is very kind, passionate about what she does. She is committed to explaining everything to us, in a good mood and sometimes with a touch of humor. The macarons are excellent, even if we weren't perfect 😅😅 The recipe is well explained, doable at home I therefore recommend this class 100%🙂↕️👍
Great experience with Flora, she is super pedagogue and gives lots of super useful tips! The apartment is cozy and well located in a central area of Paris, and you can choose the flavors of its macarons (chocolate, pistachio, red fruits...). Bonus: Flore also shares the history of macarons! I recommend 100%!

Wonderful class to learn how to do macarons in the heart of Paris. Flore was so nice and welcoming, and spoke really great English! I learned so much and the macarons were delicious 👍 Highly recommend!

I highly recommend this course given by Flore! It’s not just a course, it’s an experience in its own right. Everything takes place in a small Parisian apartment, which immediately plunges into a cozy and intimate atmosphere. Then Flora's magic happens. She puts you at ease right away and shares all her tips as a chef and passionate about cooking. Jovial and attentive, she ensures that you leave with new acquaintances but above all, delicious macarons! And we weren't disappointed they're exquisite!

Great this macaroon course, it was an absolutely awesome experience! Everything was explained very well, even for someone who is new and rarely cooks. Lots of possible tastes (choice for pistachio and vanilla), I devoured them on the way home. Can't wait to make more.
