Lezione di Kimchi con Chef Hakyung vicino al posto Gyeongbokgung

L'istruttore è uno chef professionista con un background educativo e 7 anni di esperienza nella cucina coreana. (Guida michelin di lavoro un ristorante stella e consolato coreano negli Stati Uniti come chef) La lezione inizierà con una dimostrazione seguita dalle mani sulla porzione. Durante la dimostrazione, avrete un po 'di tè o soda, preparato da Chef con ingredienti di alta qualità provenienti da più fattorie coreane. Entro la fine della lezione, imparerai a cucinare il cibo tradizionale coreano da zero. Lo spazio è perfetto anche per scattare foto durante e dopo la lezione, e potrai avere il tuo cibo in studio o portarlo via. Lo studio è facilmente accessibile al Palazzo Gyeongbokgung e al mercato tradizionale. Non vedo l'ora di conoscere tutti!

A great teacher and very helpful and kind! She was very easy to talk to and made learning interesting and fun! She's super helpful with fun places to go in Korea for first timers too :)
S a fun experience to learn how to make Kimchi. My daughter loves it so it was great to learn how to do this. She was very informative, friendly and a great way to spend some time during our trip.

Chef Hakyung provided a great experience! I’m not a cook, but still had fun with my spouse (who usually cooks) :) Can’t wait to have our kimchi when we go home!

A very clean and cozy place. She made a delicious Korean seafood pancake before the class. We learned everything from the washing of cabbage to cutting and of course preparing the ingredients. She speaks great English and answered all our questions. It was amazing! The time was perfect, exactly as announced and we departed the place with our recently made kimchi .

Chef Hakyung’s kimchi class was amazing the overall experience was phenomenal. The small class size made it easy for Chef Hakyung to give her undivided attention to everyone in the class. She explained to us the history of making Kimchi as well as the different ways and styles to make Kimchi. The class was informative and fun! I especially enjoyed the seafood pancake and drinks she made while we were getting set up!
