Per iniziare la lezione ci godremo la speciale tisana e ascolteremo le storie dietro i famosi caffè del Vietnam e il loro legame con la storia e la cultura Sebbene sia prodotta utilizzando una tecnica sorprendentemente a bassa tecnologia, con un piccolo filtro metallico chiamato Phin (una versione della stampa francese), il sapore è davvero ricco e profondo. Questa lezione ti farà sì che tu possa lavorare con il nostro filtro e la Ricetta Segreta del maestro per preparare il nostro bellissimo caffè a casa. In questo corso imparerai il processo del caffè dal raccolto alla tazza: apprendi i passaggi necessari per tostare i chicchi scuri in modo che si mescolino perfettamente con il latte condensato dolce, che è un'improvvisazione fatta a causa delle limitazioni sulla disponibilità di latte fresco a Epoca coloniale francese. Faremo 5 tipi diversi di caffè: - Caffè nero tradizionale - Caffè bianco vietnamita felice - Caffè Hue Imperial Salt - Caffè Ha Noi Capital Egg - Caffè al cocco fresco Goditi il tuo caffè con un biscotto e un tè vietnamita.

Great fun, very informative, couple of hours, just do not try to drink a full cup of every one of the five types you make or you will be buzzing for hours. Price was a real bargain. Prices to purchase items after very reasonable. Not for children. Staff amazing and interactive.
Such a fun experience and one of our favorite activities in Hoi An! You get to make and try 5 different types of Vietnamese coffee, and we had a great time throughout the whole class - lots of fun music and great vibes in the room. Our instructors, including “Justin Bieber” and “Bruno Mars,” were awesome and brought the perfect energy. They kept things fun while also teaching us about the history of Vietnamese coffee and the ethical practices behind the business. The team was also super accommodating to our dietary restrictions (my wife is gluten-free and vegetarian, and I am allergic to cashews and pistachios) and also ensured that non-dairy options were available as we created the different coffees. The facility was very clean and hygienic, with staff constantly bringing us new materials and ingredients for each recipe. It’s a wonderful family-run business and was the perfect activity while we waited to pick up our clothes from the Cloth Market. Would absolutely recommend adding this to your Hoi An itinerary!
Fun activity, well delivered, value for money in terms of getting 5 coffees alone never mind the instructions
It was a lovely coffee workshop , we did 5 different Vietnamese coffee the host were all knowledgeable about the coffee and they were really helpful . Would 100% recommend booking with them
A really well planned out experience. We made 5 delicious coffees and learnt a lot about Vietnamese coffee history. The staff were great fun and full of knowledge.
Excellent value for money with 2 hours of learning how to make 5 different types of traditional Vietnamese coffee. The staff were incredibly friendly and very funny. All in all a very enjoyable experience.

Absolutely amazing experience! The storytelling and comedy elements of the class were very welcomed as it provided a seamless transition into the next coffees. I recommend this to anyone, if you like coffee or not!
