Went with my little brother. Genuinely an amazing experience. We had a tour of the market and then learnt to make paella, churros, gazpacho and sangria. 10/10 everything was perfect
Our tour to the market was phenomenal! Bigger than any farmer’s market I’ve been to! Truly another world experience! Once we came back to the class to cook, Alba took over. A wonderfully highly organized yet fun chef! She had 5 different recipes going at once. Extremely talented and on point with most of it finishing at the same time so we could partake of our labors. We learned how to make Sangria, churros, veg paella, seafood paella, omelette (not like one I’ve had before) and a pork dish. Yummy!!! We would highly recommend this course and especially with Alba teaching it.
Had such a wonderful experience today at the paella making workshop. Chef Alba was brilliant at explaining everything to us, and we actually ended up making more than just paella. Finished the day eating the most delicious paella, and we were there much longer than we probably should have been. Very grateful for the patience, expertise, and relaxed atmosphere of the day. Really enjoyed also the tour around the market, the oil tasting, and the other food and drink we had - no spoilers! Great value for money, will be recommending this class to everyone.
I really nice and chilled experience to learn how to cook paella. A mini tour of the market was a nice addition and a nice way to start.
