Yesterday I was lucky enough to participate in a private cooking class with Saul and it was, honestly, spectacular. From the first moment you noticed his dedication and passion for what he does. As a coeliac, I am usually quite careful with the dining experiences, but Saul was extremely attentive and professional: he saw to it that the whole process was gluten-free and without cross-contamination, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Also, the quality of the food was impressive. The pastas we made and tasted were, without exaggeration, among the richest I ate in gluten-free version. The class was dynamic, fun and very well guided. You can see that he knows how to teach and enjoys sharing his knowledge. I recommend this experience without hesitation, especially for those looking for a careful, personalized and truly inclusive gastronomic proposal. Thank you, Saul, for an unforgettable night

Four of us (two retired couples) shared an evening with Saul in his kitchen. He shared with us some secrets to making a typical three-course Argentine meal. Saul was organized, patient and thoroughly professional - and the food was delicious! We recommend this experience to anyone who would like to take an enjoyable "deep dive" into Argentine cuisine.

I gifted my boyfriend a private cooking class experience, and it turned out to be absolutely wonderful. We learned how to make homemade beef ravioli with an exquisite confit tomato sauce, as well as fresh fettuccine with a delicious mushroom and almond pesto. The instructor was incredibly warm, patient, and clear in his teaching, which made the whole experience both fun and easy to follow, even for beginners. The atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable, and we truly felt like we were learning something special together. We had such a beautiful evening—highly recommended for anyone looking for a unique and memorable experience!

We went to do a family kitchen. The experience was really a success, we laughed at dying and learned a lot. We don't really spend them chatting and learning. My biggest thanks to Saul, who had a lot of patience and taught us a lot. The food was great and the wine was never missing If you are looking for a family experience to laugh, eat rich and get your hands dirty, this is the perfect experience.

An amazing experience from start to finish. We shared a private lesson with Saul where we prepared our own pastas and sauces, and then enjoyed them together at the table. I went with my girlfriend and it generated a super relaxed and close climate. We accompanied dinner with wine and a very enjoyable talk, which made everything even more special. The best gift to give to your partner! I gave my boyfriend a class of pasta in two and it was a beautiful and fun experience. Saul is a love, he explains with a lot of patience and dedication. I highly recommend it! The cuisine is divine, adds a lot to the experience. Thank you very much Saul!
